I honestly don't think there is anything special to this teether other than that fact that's it's easy for a baby to hold.

    Best baby toy!
    This toy is a favorite. It's easy to grab, colors are eye catching to the baby, the rattle gets their attention and it's soft so if they shake it and bump themselves it doesn't hurt them. I will be giving this toy at every baby shower I go to.
