Great silverware set and holder
Amazing silverware set....comes with each Different size for spoons and forks small and big which Works great in my house since my little one and I like the Small ones and my husband likes to use the bigger silverware. Great in the dishwasher and none have bent or chipped I would definitely Recommend this set for any size family and the holder is a bigger helper And it's great it comes with it already its nice and thick and holds up great And fits in my draw with extra room to spare

If you want to scrape your hands while eating.
These are very rough. Don't buy. Even the handles are rough. They're handles curve backwards, so when you're holding the flatware, you're going to scrape your fingers on the rough edges. I can't believe that they actually sell this. Seems unsafe....

    Great RV set or everyday set of flatware
    Decent, cheap server set for the RV. For 10 bucks you get alot of pieces, and I prefer them to the ones with the plastic handles (the kind that food can get crammed up into). We typically use plastic cutlery and disposable plates/bowls etc., but for steaks, chicken on the bone, etc, you really need a "real" metal utensil. I still serve on disposable plates though, so I love the fact that if a fork or spoon accidentally gets tossed with the paper plate you're only paying 20 cents per piece, so it's not a huge deal. Good job Walmart, good job... makes up for the questionable air matress you sold me lol.

    If you need a Cheap set fast, go for it
    If I needed a quick set and I was on a tight budget, I'd buy this set. If you want to show off, stay away from this set. Packaging was superb. The delivery time was confusing, but I guess it doesn't apply in this case (standard purchasing). I opened the package, saw the set, and automatically got the feel of a 99 dollar store that sells cutlery by piece. I took pictures next to my current (less piece set) that is also fairly inexpensive just for the comparison. Dessert forks and the packaging.

    Mainstays Swirl 48-piece Flatware Set
    We have the Mainstays Swirl 48-Piece Flatware Set that serves 8 people which is exciting since I have a family of six. I love the design on the silverware pieces, stainless steel, and they are dishwasher safe. The silverware pieces are light weight and are perfect for my toddler to be able to set the table for dinner and other meals the family has at the table. It was nice the silverware came with a plastic tray I am planning on putting the tray and the silverware in our camping trailer. Since we are planning to do some travel this summer it will be helpful to have enough silverware for everyone and something to keep it organize and stored easily. The plastic cover on the silverware will help keep the silverware from getting dusty while camping and traveling in our camping trailer.

    Flatware for a beginner
    Product was securely packaged with little to no movement during shipping. A clear plastic cover was placed over the tray and also covered in cellophane. Knifes are serated on one edge but cuts even block cheese fairly nicely. Handles were quite thin (3/32") but sturdy. However, the handles were not smooth and with edges not rounded, uncomfortable to hold. I find the forks and spoons not as sturdy, giving a flimsy feel. The forks have quite a curve in comparison to other forks in my household. I believe this flatware set would be okay for a young couple as a beginner.

    Cheap but efficient
    The first thing I noticed right out of the box was that this was a cheap set of flatware. That being said, it's not bad at all. If you were just setting up house and had nothing this would be a great starter set. I really liked that it came with the drawer organizer. The drawer I keep my silverware in has built in dividers but I do remember my first apartment I had to buy one because everything was all jumbled up and sliding around in the drawer. I also gave an "E" for the effort put in to make the product look higher end. The design on the end was "plain" according to my family but I looked at it more like simple elegance. The number of pieces was nice and they had extra teaspoons which I really appreciated because at my house those things just grow legs and walk off! Unfortunately there were a few negative issues. First, the utensils were really thin! Like I thought they might not hold up (so far, so good). The thinness makes it awkward to hold. It wasn't like it felt good in your hand. The edges aren't rounded, it's very angled. The second thing was the lack of curvature in the forks. The dinner forks were practically flat!! The other pieces, ie. spoons, had plenty of depth. The sizes were nice and they have held up to the dishwasher a couple of times without any tarnish, discoloration, or rusting. I do wish they weren't made in China because I worry about the lack of regulations regarding manufacturing there. Like I said, these would do if I was on a budget and had to get by until I could afford something better.

    Decent flat wear
    The flatware feels very light and flimsy there is some shine/ polish on them. Compared to my current flatware this set this thinner and seems to lack quality, because they are thinner there is some flex in the knife when cutting if too much pressure is applied .They are however made of stainless steel. It has a pretty swirl pattern on the handles . They are dishwasher safe. It has enough pieces to serve 8 people at once. So far no damage after being washed through the dishwasher, nothing bent so far either. This package also comes with a clear tray to sort and store the pieces easily. You can wash the tray with some dawn and it's comes cleans effortlessly . Plastic tray is sturdy and smooth.

    Nice silverware
    I got this for my family . I like that it was a 48 piece set . It had the small spoon that I like for my daughter. It is nice . I like the pattern on the silverware. I really like it . It is thin so be prepared.

    48 piece flatware set
    This is thorough, it is a full set of 48 pieces. There are 2 sizes of forks and spoons and 1 set of knives. Plenty! They arrived in a flatware tray that conveniently fits in our drawer. Pros: 1)they are lightweight 2)2 sizes of forks/spoons as mentioned above 3)smaller size good for use of a smaller drawer/space. 4) great for travel/picnic/bbq since they are light. Cons: A very thin type of metal like material. Good starter type set, fill ins or second set for guest/mother in law suite. They are great for every day use for us. Since they are smaller they are easier for the kids to use. Dishwasher safe also.
