Great little futon in general; Perfect for me
This little futon is great for smaller spaces or kids!* Pros: fits 2 adults sitting, install is extremely easy, it's been durable, the adjustable arms are nice. The futon is two separate chair pieces interlinked loosely in the middle, so you can adjust the back heights independently. All the materials are of good quality. Cons: looks like a normal couch at 70 degrees, but resting against it is stiff and uncomfortable; it's far more comfy down at 30 degrees, but it looks ridiculous unless you put a cover and decor pillows on it. Since the futon is linked only in 2 places, it can become uneven or form an inch gap in the middle (which is uncomfortable but fairly easy to readjust.) I can't imagine anyone taller than 5'10" could sleep flat on it without hanging off. It's on the smaller side. *My Experience: I'm a 160lb, 5'3" lady. I use this as my main couch daily, but with a cover blanket on top so I'm not sure how it cleans. The first time I had a nap on it I figured I would hate it (the cushions are memory foam and squishy to the touch, but it felt stiffer than what I'm used to), but I ended up loving it and somehow have started sleeping on it instead of my bed every night. Go figure!! For that reason alone, I personally give it 5 million stars. Still cannot believe I'm sleeping on a futon instead of my queen pillowtop, but I guess that's the strange power of this item. If you like a firmer surface to chill, won't be sitting very long, and/or can invest in some plush decor pillows, this futon is worth the price. But if you don't fit that bill? Go for something bigger, or use for kids/office only.

Shoddy Workmanship
Not only did this item arrive damaged but it was defective also. Some of the holes were not drilled so that the legs could be installed and, in the some of the ones that were drilled, the threaded inserts were missing so that the bolts that were provided would not have been able to work anyway. VERY poor attention to detail. I would skip this item.

    decent for the price
    product came and the most difficult part of setting it up was getting it out of the box. after that it was easy to get the legs on a flip over. others have said its smaller than they expected but this fits perfectly in the space i needed it for and it wjll serve its purpose when we have a guest here soon. ive taken a few naps on it now and its comfy to sleep on even in the couch position. Granted i am pnly 5'1 so this works perfectly for me, but even my 6ft husband laid on it while it was reclined into the "bed" and said as far as futons go its good.

    Pleasant surprise!
    Purchased this futon for my office space. It was prefect. I planned initially for a couch but didn’t want the couch prices. Ordered this on a Friday afternoon, it came on Sunday evening- fast shipping! My husband, daughter and her friend have napped on it and all say it was comfy. So far, I’d say that I would recommend.

    its perfect for me its better then my floor and a 6 year old mat i like that it has the arms and i am glad to have it im not a complainer in a 280 pound woman and it dont move squeek or anything not damaged its firm yes not as fluffy as phots but its will get better or just buy a mat thing for it and its fine trust me its worth it a bit and will atleastast untill you get something vetter just take care of it

    Perfect futon for kids or low use areas
    I guess i was one of the lucky ones because my package arrived without any damage. My 11yo son loves it. We replaced his old futon with this one and it is perfect for his space. Don't expect the highest quality but for the price, its a tremendous value.

    A lot better than I expected!
    I brought this cheap couch from Walmart for my small 2 bedroom apartment, and I have to say, I thought it was going to be a piece of junk, but to my surprise it's a solid piece of furniture! The leather is most likely fake, but it smells like actual leather and feels good too. The assembly process should have been a piece of cake but it took longer than an hour due to the fact that some of the screws for the legs wouldn't properly fit in the holes, and it was very frustrating having to have the 2 sides of the couch close together to bolt them together… Other than that I'd say all that frustration was well worth it, and the price, you really can't beat it! I'd say it's good for a college student that needs a place to stay at their parents house for when they come over for vacation, or that one guest you wouldn't want in your bed, at least this couch does turn into a full bed which is pretty sweet!

    Super cute!
    So easy to put together. It took me longer getting it out of the box, then putting it together. Great for a small room and it will be handy when I have guests.… Grandkids.

    It was easy to assemble and isn't terrible looking for the price. Hardest part about assembly was getting the heavy box inside. I bought it for a tiny apartment and I'm pretty happy with it. It's not very comfortable, but some throws should help. I didn't expect it to be super comfy given the price point but it's still soft enough to serve as a basic couch.

    DO NOT BUY. I bought in store and put it together. Moved things around so it was flipped over, saw something on it and it was mold. Ripped it open and mold was everywhere!

    Overall good
    Honestly for the price point the quality is great! It is exactly as expected as long as you keep in mind that its at this price point and brand new. If you're looking for something more comfortable or a bed I would invest much more money. But if you have a tight budget like myself and are looking for a living room/guest bed futon this is your pick.

    So many damages when I open red the package
    Back side of couch has some damages and also wood has damages too. I really don't know why they don't realize when they packed. I won't buy any couch at Walmart anymore. If you want to get poor quality couch, buy this one. If you wanna use it longer or don't wanna return it, don't buy this. It's not worth it
