Amazing but a little noisy
The only bad thing about the chair is its kinda loud. When you move around in it it kinda makes creaking sounds. Other than that I really love it! Super easy to set up you just flip it over and slide a little latch closed. The plush faux fur is so soft I was just running my hands over it for 20 minutes hehe. Its a very pretty colour and super cute.

This chair was the perfect size for my daughters room. But it fell apart about 2 weeks after we got it. The underneath of the fabric is ripping and it’s too much hassle to return it. I wouldn’t purchase!

    Dirty and broken with poor CS to follow
    Arrived dirty and broken, box was so damaged I could not even use to return. Said they would send a replacement right away, only for the replacement to be delayed with “no new estimated ship date” so I cancelled. Trying to get refunded has been an absolute nightmare!! I have talked to customer service three times and after a total of about 60 mins on the phone with wait times and no solutions the result was take the damaged chair into the store and I’ve added a note to your order for them to accept. Guess what, arrived at the store only for the customer service worker to tell me they can not accept the return and there is no note on the order. Wait for the digital team person… only for her to tell me to call the 1-800 customer service line AGIAN. Absolutely not!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Walmart for sending me a defective item and making it so impossible to be refunded. I chose to leave the broken chair at the customer service desk in the store without getting a refund because I am DONE hauling it around. Quite possibly the worst customer service experience ever. Also when I went to rate my service, to give a “0” rating, ironically my “link to leave a rating review has already expired.” Wow.

    cute
    i love this chair is so basic and super cool. it’s also comfy. the chair had no stains or nothing. the box came alittle beaten up but the chair was fine so i didn’t worry about it that much

    Shipment was atrocious
    This package was delivered in shambles. I don't know how much of this falls upon the company or the shipping company but there are marks on the chair from the weathering and I'm not 100% sure all of the pieces are still in the box. I was going to give this as a gift but now I think I have to try and put it together because I don't want this to be the box that they see. I hope this is rectified somehow

    Highly recommend!
    This chair is amazing. I was looking for something would fit a 6 year old, but this chair is large enough and sturdy enough to fit an adult. I know this because I now regularly sit in this chair lol. It came out of the box ready to go. Just needed to fold the legs down. Material is soft and fuzzy and the exact color in the picture. Highly recommend.

    Beautiful
    This was for my daughter since we renovated our basement and made a bedroom. Since its a big room she needed some cute furniture and this is definitely beautiful to fulfill some space at such an affordable price too!

    So far so good
    I was very hesitant after seeing all of the bad reviews but I actually love this chair for my daughter. I wanted a chair that was pretty but light weight so that she could move it around without needing help or scratching my floors. She is also around 100lbs and it hasn't ripped yet like some of the reviews so I'm happy about that lol. I would definitely recommend because nothing lasts forever with kids anyways.
