BIG & GREAT
I got tired of paying $3.25 for a two day old muffin at Starbucks so my wife said, try making them yourself. Don't laugh, I ordered this from the web site and the next day I had it. It makes SIX oversize muffins and nothing sticks. I do not use the paper cups just a little cooking spray. Now if I could only get my wife to bake or cook or vacuum or clean or laundry or!!!. But she is GREAT in ordering "take out".

Big cups
Very big cups. Was able to make whole pot pies in there, with more filling than the average frozen ones. However, if baking a store bought muffin mix, they will be extremely short. If baking cupcakes, expect to bake longer and use more batter per cup than the recipe calls for. Great non-stick surface. I like it overall.

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/06/2021Not really non stickThey bake well, however this pan is not nonstick. But I can live with it, the muffins come out great! ** I use different type recipe, with only 4 spoons of grapeseed oil for 6 eggs. Healthier!mirt

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/14/2015made for mufins...but...i make muffins in these---but i also make mini meat / ham loafs too. mix your meat to your liking then fill the cups 3/4 full and cook up the loafs -- after finishing- lift them out-- place on paper towels to wick away the excess grease-- then use or freeze for later. cover with a sauce or use as you wish. you can also roll mega meat balls and cook in the muffin wells for a treat in the middle of a bowl of pasta.. some onion pieces make a good base for the bottom of the cup to add flavor and avoid sticking.abearwhocares

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/25/2013Great muffin pan for muffins or cupcakesI really like the material used for this muffin pan. It seems very sturdy and was offered at a great price. I used nonstick spray as I didn't have the jumbo muffin cups and the cupcakes came out perfectly. I would recommend this product.dmarie82

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/26/2013Fundraiser muffins a hitWow, for the price I figured I'd be getting dollar store quality and was ok with the money spent so long as it produced the size muffins I'd hoped for to sell at our fund raiser, well it did. It did that and more since then. I followed the advice of a previous reviewer and used a good amount of cooking spray (I've also used butter as well) and I wash with a paper towel soap and water, rinse and dry the pans right after they cool and I have used them many times now with perfect results each and every single time! I don't need to run anything around the sides to release the muffins even if I get some over spillage that bakes on top of the pan =) I'd recommend these to anyone but warn you of one thing. It SHOULD be a no brainer, but I'd not considered it really - buy two to three times more ingredients or packaged mixes if you want a dozen or more of each kind. For instance, we've since used Martha White muffin mixes in the bag for 98 cents and know that each bag makes three perfect sized muffins only.NCparker
