Madden is dope, nothing else compares!!
Such a cool game. So much more realistic than all the other madden games and plays so well on next gen this year. Great though moderate updates to franchise and yard but still much needed improvement. Overall 9/10

Terrible gameplay
Trash gameplay. You'll throw an unbelievable amount of pics. The AI defense gets pics all day, even d-linemen have Jerry Rice hands. Nice graphics tho. Watch the demo, it's more entertaining than actually playing it.

    Disappointing
    All of the games were fine no problems at all but for one. The Madden 23 is the wrong gaming system. I received Xbox and my system is Playstation 5. To make matters worse it didn't come from Wal-Mart like I was led to believe. The company that sent it to me won't accept emails and Wal-Mart won't accept an exchange. That's really messed up. So I guess I have to sell it privately. I wish I would have known that it didn't come from you I would have made other arrangements

    The game came fast I was kinda sketched out because the cover print looked kinda weird which made me skeptical but it was 100% legit definitely recommend this for the price

    There's no issue with the game itself but the steelbook on the other hand came in damaged. Walmart definitely needs better packaging for items like these.

    Got this as a Christmas gift for my son and received it but the steel book was damaged.. considering they were stacked on top of each other I hope the disc isn’t broken or damaged

    Awful Quality
    Wish I could give 0 stars. Game arrived opened and the case was a mess. Looks like someone took a pair of scissors to it. Disc looked used. Had finger prints on it. I forget why I stay away from Walmart. Embarrassing.

    Avoid! Online interactivity broke, NO EA Support
    AVOID THIS GAME! (Note: I have a Play Station 5, I cannot speak to any other gaming platform). This game is fraught with online interactivity problems. The very first time I tried to do anything interactive I got a message asking me to change my EA Sports password (You must be logged into EA servers for the game to work online). After doing so from my PC, I still could not do roster updates, progress updates or any other online activity inside the game. The game also has a login from the game itself by hitting R2 on the controller, but it never once took me to a login screen, just gave me error messages such as "unkown login error occurred". (See pictures). I tried all avenues of fixes, including PS5 account logins, EA logins and password changes, settings changes, software updates, and password changes. NOTHING WORKED. I contacted EA support by E-mail and EA site support (help ticket). The ONLY instruction I got was to login to EA servers. (which I had already done, and changed my password several times after troubleshooting attempts). After that I was ignored. (I could not find any EA phone support, which I usually do as a last resort if I a ignored on e-mails or help tickets). In a last attempt at finding the issue preventing online interactivity, I got on some EA blogs and lo and behold, there were DOZENS of accounts of people having the same problem, not just on PS5, but other gaming platforms. I saw several screen shots of the same messages I got when trying to login from inside the game, including but not limited to the "unknown login error occurred" message. Note: I play MLB The Show 22 on PS5, and the interactivity features work almost flawlessly, though once in a while I have to "restore licenses" within the PS5 settings to do roster updates. (I tried doing license restore for Madden 23 with no luck). The problems themselves were bad enough, causing hours of frustration trying to get this piece of trash to work, but what did it in for me was the complete disregard by the EA "no support" team, the worst I have ever encountered by longshot! Needless to say, I returned the game within the30 day window. No EA games, ever again. Support team is derelict of duty.
