    Good product to have on hand
    This is the supplement they add to Ensure drinks, and it does just what it says! I use it every day because of my age with the risk of muscle wasting and because after I've mowed the lawn or sweated through some project, I always bounce back with no aches and pains!

    Not to sure if its doing anything, haven't taken it long enough, only used for a couple of weeks. Using it for muscle support, instead of using BCAAs.

    Great Product !
    Been using it for 4 months and loving it. Since I train fasted and end up my workout with cardio , I need to preserve my muscles. This product helps with preserving muscles AND it leans you out at the same time . Amazing! Will keep using it.
