110 Hot Pads made with Sugar N Cream yarn.
I love this yarn. I have made 110 Hot Pads since March. It is my Virus Project. With all the lovely colors I have made lots of great looking projects. I only use SUGAR AND CREAM. Thanks for the great yarn.

The navy dye bleeds horribly
I have bought this yarn before in white and also in cream shades and I liked it well enough, good price for 100% cotton and good thickness...... Until I bought it in navy, recently. After crocheting for several hours, I saw my white top was covered with navy lint and stained navy blue all over the front. Not only that, my fingers and nails were stained where the yarn had touched (see pictures). I washed the finished crocheted item by hand using gloves and rinsed it over and over until the dark navy dye bled less but never really got to the point where the dye stopped bleeding. I'm afraid of wearing the bolero I made over white tops for fear of staining them. Do not recommend this yarn in the navy shade at all!

    Lily Sugar'n Cream Super Size Yarn
    This is not a yarn. It's better suited for making friendship bracelets or something similar. It's neither thick enough or soft enough to make an afghan with.

    Great Cotton Yarn for home decor.
    Sugar n Cream is one of my favorite cotton yarns. It's wonderful for crocheting beautiful kitchen items: coasters, placemats, dishcloths and much more. I have used it to make gifts for family members and they love them.

    Not Black
    I ordered the yarn in black. It does not really look black . It almost looks like a very dark navy blue or extremely light black. I had gone into the store and looked at the black cotton yarn there and the same thing. Did not look black. Probably was the same brand.

    Cotton yarn is expensive, this bigger size helps cut the cost some. It is soft & easy to work with.
