Return wrong mop refill

    Not the same
    I've used these for years! Lately I assumed I was just not rinsing out well enough and the cleaner was eating away at the sponge. But seeing all the other reviews I see it's happening to everyone and it's just a crappy mop now. Disappointed because it was the only one I liked to use.

    Bring Back Quality!
    This used to be the best mop head around, but the past six months, falls apart after one to two uses! I literally had mop heads from them that lasted months! Sigh.....

    Not Worth The Money
    I have been buying these for years but the last 4 I purchased fell apart after a few times of using it. I complained to the company with no reply. Now they are cheaply made and not worth buying.

    Crumbling Rating!!!!
    Every time I purchase one of these mops it ends up either coming apart somehow or breaks. The foam or spongelike mop head is poor quality. And when I do go to switch out the old mop head for a new replacement one, the new mop head doesn’t want to stay on correctly and it ends up popping out of the groove slot or breaking up as it’s used. I’ve purchased several of these mop head replacements and every time they ALWAYS BREAK!!!
