Awesome Laptop
I can honestly say I love this computer.. Its just the right size. I can do my work and then just fold over and its like a mini tv to watch my shows on. The quality is so good! 10 out of 10

    Lost in the shuffling of things in the software.
    I liked the hardware. But being a long time windows user I am having trouble navigating the user interface. It leaves me baffled about how to get to my programs and stuff I want to find. I still haven't found the solitaire games.:-( The sad (but good.) part is my teenagers have all grown up and are gone and I don't have anyone to explain stuff to me anymore. I haven't been able to get very far with exploring and I am getting discouraged about the whole purchase. Hoping to get some help turning things around. Hasn't happened yet though.

    Great for the average user, not for the pro user.
    This was a nice laptop in most respects. The M2 NVME SSD is significantly better and faster than a SATA SSD and blazing fast compared to an old mechanical HD. It would be an excellent buy for a college student/household laptop/casual gamer. It has a pretty good battery, it's lightweight and an all around good laptop. Here's the bad news. The RAM is not upgradeable. That's a deception in Walmart's description and if you plan on using it for memory intensive tasks then be sure and buy the one equipped with 8 or 16 GB of RAM. Unfortunately that raises the price considerably. Also the base model might not have the memory necessary for those that store large files. It's upgradable but taking it apart to put in a larger NVME SSD will almost certainly void the warranty.

    Great product for the price
    Pretty good laptop runs smoothly easy to set up. I would recommend this for anyone The mouse pad is a little sensitive but I'm sure you can adjust it in settings. Good size screen doesn't really heat up but I've only used it for an hour or two at A time. Good battery life. It came in a big box so if it's left on your porch it's not in the shape of a laptop box
