Kids love them!
My oldest received this for Christmas. Our youngest tried to steal his so we bought her one of her own. They use a lot of batteries but the kids love them and they have a lot of apps online that can be put on up to 5 devices.

Broken screen with a week
The screen broke within the 1st week of having it. My son dropped it and it broke. It is not kid tough at all. Leap frog won't do anything about it and it can't be fixed. WASTED almost $100 including apps I bought that we can't use now. Thanks Leap Frog.

    Love the Leap Pad 2
    We bought the pink Leap Pad 2 for my granddaughter when she was 3 yrs old and was impressed by the things she was able to do with a few things downloaded. Now that she is 5 and we have added many educational and fun things to her Leap Pad 2, we can say it was a great buy. We take it when we travel..even to the grocery store. It just needs 4 AA batteries for power or we can use the AC adapter (we purchased seperately) and plug it in. No internet is required except to download bonus items you may win or new applications you buy and download online. She can play games, watch a few video's we have purchased and now she is practicing her writing and reading skills on it. Would recommend this to anyone for their young child(ren).

    Leap Pad Glo
    I bought this for my 3 year old son. He loves it! However, the battery life is absolutely terrible. And it doesn't work with rechargeable batteries. Batteries are too expensive to purchase consistently. He's had it 4 months and has only been able to play it a couple of times. Now I still have to deal with the constant arguing over who gets to play the Platinum that does work well. Don't waste your money!

    got this when my daughter's leappad 3 broke and couldn't get another cause they was out of stock. it goes through batteries every other day and she hardly plays it. want to get the ac adapter but no one sells it.

    Leapfrog tablet
    The only reason I did not give this item a 5 star is because they gave us the wrong color and did not have the color requested in stock. The device itself was perfect though! My child loves this tablet! I would recommend this tablet to any mom as it has some very educational games and small videos etc that can be downloaded fairly easy and it entertains my kids at the same time they are learning. Love it!

    Bought this for my daughter's third birthday. She loves it. Only downside, battery life is horrible. I had to purchase several rechargeable batteries. She's learning how to write already and loves listening to ABC's! Great product!

    I bought this tablet after my 2 y/o first LP2 stopped working. I thought it glowed because of the name, it did not. However, it is still just as entertaining as the original. There are no differences than the original LP2 other than the brighter colors. My 2 & 4 year olds love to play on these for hours! I was very upset when my 17 y/o left the glo in the airport after only having it for just over a week! But my cousin saved the day, her 10 y/o son didn't play with his anymore so he gave my lil one his. MY baby was thrilled to have his "yeeppad" back. He plays with it daily. I still nurse him, and he try to nurse while playing with it, he wants to eat every meal with it, and anything else that I will let him do. My 4 y/o is not quite as obsessed. However, she does play with her Princess Sofia LP2 everyday. She was able to solidify her knowledge of shapes and addition with this toy. While funa
