Spin mechanism flawed
I have to be honest, I'm not a huge fan of Minecraft legos. They look like something my son would build with his leftover bricks and generally look somewhat inelegant. I get why, but they're just not that fun to build. The reason I'm leaving a review for this is because the mechanism that spins is horribly designed. One of the gears is very stiff and with any amount of play the mechanism becomes separated and needs to be taken apart and fixed. How this passed the design stage, which I assume is strict, is beyond me. I thought it may just be me, but I see other reviews mentioning it. I'll try the suggestion for removing the stiff gear to get it to work reliably. Disappointing considering this is one of the main play features of this set.

    Great product, deliver could improve
    Package arrived on time and in good condition. I wish I knew ahead of time it was going to be delivered in a plastic bag. This is a gift for my son for christmas and I was expecting it to be in a box so nobody could actually see what it is. We got home this evening and there it was for all to see... not really a surprise anymore I guess. l will keep that in mind next time I think about placing an online order.
