GREAT FOR OILY HAIR AND RECONSTRUCTING
PRODUCTS I USE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY HEAT STYLING TOOLS LISTED AT THE VERY BOTTOM. I've been using this product along with conditioner for years now and it works wonders for oily hair, not that effective for extreme dandruff but definitely prevents it. I stopped using it for a year because it was pretty expensive to buy a new bottle of shampoo and conditioner every 2 months for hair length (24 inch). But started using heating tools on my hair EVERY single day for a year and my hair got pretty damaged. So I cut it. Horrible experience lady cut to a shoulder length (I told her to cut to back length since hair was so long).Long story short I looked ugly so used more heat tools to look slightly decent.And only recently decided to go back to old products including the duo shampoo and conditioner. At first with this shampoo it can make hair feel DRY, that why you NEED the conditioner as well. Fixed my fried hair and actually helped my hair grow in my experience with this product along with OGX MORACCO HAIR OIL. KEEP HAIR HYDRATED AND HEALTHY.

Why Change It.
This is the worst shampoo ever now. It makes your hair sticky can barely wash it out. Why did you change this formula from before which was an awesome shampoo. I won't recommend this. Its being returned. I will be looking for another shampoo and conditioner.

    I always buy the biggest bottle so I can refill my pump bottle! I'm trying to think of the planet by refilling the one I have here at home. The smell is fantastic and leaves my hair feeling exceptionally moisturized, clean, healthy looking and full of bounce. It's my ALWAYS-GO-TO. Exceptional quality!

    Was the BEST now the worst changed formula
    This use to be the BEST!!! now its not even worth it. I don't know what they did in changing the formula but whatever they did it's just awful!!!! Still smells good but the consistency is way off and it now dries out my hair. I'm on the look out for a new shampoo and conditioner. Will not repurchase

    Cost less for door delivery!
    This is great shampoo for color damaged or otherwise stressed hair. My 'go to' shampoo! And having my order delivered to my door for no extra charge is awesome and my sales tax is cut almost in half due to my address!

    Used to be my go to, but no more
    I have been using the Elvive Total Repair shampoo and conditioner for several years, probably more than 8 years...I LOVED it, but no more. This new formula is AWFUL, and no where near as effective as the old. Since you changed to formula without any warning on the labels or anything, this new conditioner does not even feel like it's a conditioner at all! My hair is sticky and tangled, and takes FOREVER to dry, and it's poofy and frizzy and heavy feeling. I have to use five times as much just to get my hair untangled. It's down right terrible, and this used to be my ultimate go to. I even introduced friends to it and they loved it too. I used to love it because it was so slick and would get all the tangles out of my hair, and it smelled and just felt more amazing than any other conditioner I had ever used. I was a solid customer for nearly a decade and now it's back to the drawing board to find another conditioner that will work. Why would you change the formula and not even make any mention of that on the bottle? I went online to investigate and found sites full of reviews from women just like mine, "used to love, now I hate it, why did they change it?" "Please change it back" Why would you change something that was so fantastic and make it terrible? I'm curious if it was something to do with scarcity of ingredients.... Please change this back to the old formula, or point all of us that once used this and loved it to the next best thing in the lineup!!! I tried the retiring conditioner, that one doesn't give my hair that nice slippery feeling to get all the tangles out either.

    Good shampoo
    Best drugstore shampoo I have tried, and used for a long time. This is a good buy and has a pump. I suggest alternating with another shampoo if u shampoo frequently to prevent protein buildup, but this leaves my hair soft and silky with no bad ingredients

    Decent shampoo packed with smoothness
    Its a second piece I ordered now. The shampoo is very much effective in fragrance, smooth and silky after effect. I realized lesser hair fall after using it in compared to other varients of the same brand. Then I cane back to it again. I think I will stick it now.
