Love it
I love this shampoo, I've actually used Elvive many times over the years. And I've always loved it, smells great, I like that it's filled with protein to help my hair stronger and revived. It works amazing and makes my hair smooth, clean, refreshed, and hydrated. There's a clear difference in my hair's health and look after every use. I plan to buy it again after finished, I highly recommend it.

Used to be my go to, but no more
I have been using the Elvive Total Repair shampoo and conditioner for several years, probably more than 8 years...I LOVED it, but no more. This new formula is AWFUL, and no where near as effective as the old. Since you changed to formula without any warning on the labels or anything, this new conditioner does not even feel like it's a conditioner at all! My hair is sticky and tangled, and takes FOREVER to dry, and it's poofy and frizzy and heavy feeling. I have to use five times as much just to get my hair untangled. It's down right terrible, and this used to be my ultimate go to. I even introduced friends to it and they loved it too. I used to love it because it was so slick and would get all the tangles out of my hair, and it smelled and just felt more amazing than any other conditioner I had ever used. I was a solid customer for nearly a decade and now it's back to the drawing board to find another conditioner that will work. Why would you change the formula and not even make any mention of that on the bottle? I went online to investigate and found sites full of reviews from women just like mine, "used to love, now I hate it, why did they change it?" "Please change it back" Why would you change something that was so fantastic and make it terrible? I'm curious if it was something to do with scarcity of ingredients.... Please change this back to the old formula, or point all of us that once used this and loved it to the next best thing in the lineup!!! I tried the retiring conditioner, that one doesn't give my hair that nice slippery feeling to get all the tangles out either.

    Short and sweet.
    Being out of work, I had to switch from the shampoo/cond I love to this L'Oreal sham/cond. Although it will never be my favorite, this works almost as well. My hair is soft, detangles fairly easily, and has a scent that doesn't give me a headache.

    Excellent product.
    I am so pleased with how this has made my hair feel. I have very long, straight hair %26 it tangles easily which has caused a lot of breakage. With this product I am not getting the tangles %26 it is silky %26 shiny.

    i really like this shampoo and conditioner! Does great with my half curly half ratted hair. the shampp always gets my hair nice and clean. i use the conditioner only at the mid to ends area but thats where my hair is tanggled and ratted up the worst. i put the conditioner in and wait a few minutes then either use my fingers or a wide tooth comb to start detangling it the conditioner really soften it up and lets the tangles come out easier. raises out nicely, and smells geat as well

    shampoo is fantastic - thick and foams up wonderfully. the conditioner has some "slip," but not as much as other conditioners. though, it does make your hair easy to brush afterwards, and with bleached hair, thats a plus!

    Love this shampoo. Ive been trying to buy all natural or salon quality products and I've just been so happy with every single one I've tried for the last like 2 years. I gave up and just bought this and I liked it more than anything else I've tried recently. My hair dries soft and shiny but not oily looking. This conditioner also worked well on my knots which is a huge struggle for me

    These smell awful
    I don't know what else to say except these smell awful. Do they work as a shampoo and conditioner? Sure. But the smell. Ugh. I'm more of a Salon Selectives person or essential oils only. This is very...musty smelling....it's distinctive in the worst way IMHO

    Miracle worker for at home bleach jobs
    I just wanted to say this is a MIRACLE in a bottle! I wanted to go blonde from medium brown and it required more lightening than I thought it would. After 2 bleaches, my hair was quite compromised as you can imagine. My hair was falling out and very dry so breakage was profound. I dyed it a couple more times to try to tone it but it didn't really work, causing further damage. My hair was so compromised that I thought if I tried to curl it, it would just melt off (like those scary videos you see online of people's hair just coming out from curlers). I put it in braids while it was still wet to try to conceal as much moisture as possible, and prevent further breakage. I had to chop some of the ends off due to damage :(. I didn't get this shampoo and conditioner until January 7th so my hair was breaking off by the day. When I finally got the shampoo I used it every other day to allow my hair's natural oils to assist with the damage as well. It started feeling better and better each time I used it and I was able to eventually blow dry my hair without feeling like it was a bad idea. It's now the 11th and as you can see my hair is finally looking normal again and even has shine to it. I am SO happy I found this and I don't see myself using any other shampoo for a long long time!
