Broken plastic piece
It was installed incorrectly and large pieces of plastic fell out. If someone would send the plastic piece to hold the handles, we would replace it. There is no one to contact though. If someone could send us the piece that holds the handle bars, we'd just replace instead of returning it. If it wasn't broken I'd have given it 5 stars. It's exactly what we wanted.
