Walmart service was great, product not so much.
It doesn't keep things cold or even quite cool. Bought it for salads and cold water at lunch time but would not trust the salads in it because of the temperature.

    Exactly as described. Works well so far for us.
    Exactly what we were looking for on our road trips. I can't speak on durability as we've only had it once and used it for one road trip but we like the size/shape (fits perfectly on the floor behind the driver's seat without being too high so we can put a cushion across the seat and the top of the cooler to make a "dog bed" for our furry companion...) Kept the food cool without fussing with ice or freezer packs on the road. We did buy the AC adaptor to use in hotels in the future.

    Broken 12v less than a week.

    Amazing cooler for long road trips-No Ice Mess!
    Love the Koolatron! 15 hour Road trip from Los Angels, CA to Boise, ID. Needed a cooler without the mess of ice to keep to everything nice and cool for this 2 day trip. (Due to Covid-19, the less stops the better) Purchased the 12volt adapter for use inside hotel and to make sure the cooler was at it's maximum coolness prior to loading. Our standard plastic water bottles didn't fit in the side holder. :( ? Netted side pocket and top elastic drawstrings were perfect for holding small paper plates, utencils and napkins for ultimate convenience. Fit well in our mini van and was very easy to access.
