Awesome product my son loved kenetic sand and we tried this when his friends came over and fhe played with it for hours! The sand really floats and is a very easy clean up! I would highly recommend this product. I'm going to buy these for upcoming birthdays

    Best Toy Purchase
    This is one of the best toy purchases I have made for my 3 year old granddaughter. She came to visit at the lakes and this provided a fun outdoor activity. The tray was a great size for her to play in a little water without a lot of mess. I loved the clay...far better than the playdoh I was use to with my children. The first day she had fun making the different shapes and floating them. The second day, it became a pool for her dolls, and then a bath tub with the clay being the soap. Definitely a lot of play time for a little girl with a big imagination.

    Kids play for hours
    We received the Kinetic Sand Float : Paradise Island for free to review from BzzAgent. All opinions are my own. While I'm sure this product was sent mostly for the 5 year old to try, the just turned 2 year old and even 13 year old played with it as well. All the kids loved it and played with it for hours. They've had Kinetic sand before and this feels a little different than that. It sticks together a lot more like play dough than the regular Kinetic sand does. It came with three small bags of colored sand. The basin that came with it is very sturdy but the cardboard piece isn't very functional. I don't think it was necessary to include it at all. It definitely gets wet and ruined pretty quickly. The kids didn't care about it , though. They loved making the sea creatures and logs with the molds but they're a little hard for them to make by themselves so they needed help. You definitely want to keep the colors separated because they stick together. Our sand is now a big beige ball. This is a lot of fun for them and we'd definitely purchase another set like this.

    Fun and entertaining
    I received this product to try and give a review from BzzAgent. My 3 year old was very excited to open this up and play with it. It was easy to set up and a very cute concept. When I first opened it I noticed that the sand does not come in reusable containers but I just stored them in zip lock bags. I also noticed that the “scenery” palm trees was paper and I was sure that would get destroyed after the first play next to the water but to my surprise it did not. This kept my 3 year old entertained for about 2 hours after I showed her how to use the molds. She was able to open the molds without problems and was so excited that the animals really did float. It was minimal clean up and easy to store in the original box. I just pulled it out again today to see how the sand kept and after squishy the sand around it did become soft and easy to mold again. It's not a toy that I would buy for my children but happy that we were able to test it out and will play with again.

    Messy but fun!
    I received the kinetic sand float paradise island kit a couple of days ago from BzzAgent and decided to try it with my 3-1/2 year-old son. The set up was pretty easy. I worked with the sand to warm it up and make it more flexible and molded a raft and a turtle before handing it over to my son. The sand has a consistency of used chewing gum which I found to be messy and unappealing to work with. I decided to put it to the real test and see how long it kept my son entertained and to my surprise he played with it for about 30 minutes and had a great time. He was able to use the molds with ease (the sand didn't look great from the molds but he was happy with them) and did not get frustrated once. It was at about the 30 minute mark when all of the sand was in a big ball and he began to plop it in the water making a huge mess. The sand was easy to get off the table. My cloth chair was a little more difficult to clean. Overall I would say the floating sand was a big hit with my son!

    Great for Little Ones with Big Imaginations!
    Myself and my 3 year old were excited to receive and test the Kinetic Sand Float Paradise Island Playset by Spin Master from Spin Master and BzzAgent. The first thing I noticed was how easy it was to put together. I love it when we can get right down to business with minimal setup. This was our first experience with Kinetic Sand and I'm officially a fan! My daughter loved it, the molds were easy to use and this play set was so fun! There's no messy clean up or leftover hard crunchies like play doh. My daughter is only 3 and once i showed her how to use the molds, she had no trouble playing on her own. This toy really encouraged her to use her imagination. It was awesome to hear the story line she created for all her sea creatures. They float just like the picture shows. The turtles float the best since they have the flat bottom. I was pleasantly surprised that even though the sand doesn't have a container, it still stays soft. I've already told several friends that they need to make the switch to kinetic sand!

    I received this product as part of a promotion fro the brand. I was so excited to try it out with my 4 year old daughter. It was so easy to set up. All I had to do was add water to the blue plate and insert the palm tree picture on the plate. It came with 2 stretchy sand colors; pink, green, and orange. It also came with mold shapes. It came with a log, dolphin, turtle, and sea lion mold shapes. My daughter and I really enjoyed this product. The pros to this product are: its mess free and the stretchy sand never dries. We got to use it day after day. I would highly recommend to anyone with children. My daughter always runs straight to it after school.
