Great Swing Set for the Price!
The swing set is sturdy and durable. As many of reviewers have pointed out assembly was an absolute pain, but the end result is totally worth it. It withstands my 6 year old son and 10 year old daughter swinging at the same time. Just make sure to stake it!!! The slide is very strong, I was even able to slide down it without any problems. I love the cedar wood and the strong hardware. Once you get past the assembly it is a wonderful set. I would absolutely recommend this to family and friends.

The slide is about 4.5” off the ground…I wanted to know that information. It is sturdy enough for an adult to swing. The instructions were not the worst but not the most clear. There were certain sections that were not so clear. If your used to building these sets it would probably would take three hours to build but for those of us that haven't built a set in 30 years it took longer. So be prepared time wise. Over all it is a good little set.Michele

I only wish I had noticed the app which gives animated instructions before I finished, ha. This swing is just amazing – – couldn't be happier. I've seen the same swing on other sites for more money so it's definitely a good bet to buy it from Walmart.Melissa

Perfect size for smaller backyards or spaces. My 6 year old LOVVVES it! I have a year old who also loves it- I ordered separate a baby swing that I swapped out one of the included swings with so they both have their own swing and it is literally perfect. The only thing Im going to add is a strip of anti-bird sitting spikes at the top of the swing posts so that birds dont sit up there and poop on the swings below. I'm sooooooo glad I didnt buy the more expensive one! Its hard sometimes with reading the reviews.. but Im convinced that some people really are just overly dramatic or impossible to please with their unrealistic expectations. Bottom line is that its fantastic for the kiddos and if u dont want the hassle of putting it together than maybe pay a little extra to have someone put it together for u.Kerilynn

We were literally going to buy one of those pre built swing sets from a place down the street from our house for $2000!!!!! We saw this one and thought for the price we would give it a shot. WE ARE SO HAPPY WE DID!!! it's literally freaking awesome for the price! Took us all day to put together though because it's just a lot of steps but the directions are easy to follow straight forward. My kids beg to go outside now to be on this swing set all day, which is exactly what I wanted. Outside away from the tablets and tv. Sturdy, solid, and fun!Dee

It took my wife and I around 4 hours to put together. You can also download an app and follow along that way as well. The quality is very good cedar. I would recommend this set to anyone. Since the weather is now nice again and we are all stuck home my daughter spend most of the day outside playing on the swing set.crieg

We have great playgrounds in our neighborhood so I never even considered a backyard playground until the situation where my son could not go to the playgrounds any more. This playground is small - a 4 foot deck - and is really only appropriate for very small/young children. As such, it is perfect and my little 2 year old guy loves it. I built it myself one person with no help and I was impressed with everything about it - the build quality is great for the price. The instructions were EXCELLENT it was easy to build though it took me more than the 8 hours that they mentioned. I was super impressed with the instructions they were excellent. Every step was well documented and there was ample extra hardware in case I lost something (I didn't). My little guy loves this playset he plays on it every day. The "chalk board" part is tough to pull tight enough and doesn't seem to work so well. My only complaint and it's a minor one.Philip

I'm 5"3 and I put this together by myself in under 7 hours. It does take a little while to build but again, instructions are very easy to understand and it's not hard at all. My son is 3 and loves it! The swings are durable and low enough for him to swing by himself. The slide is one piece and very durable. Great buy and would recommend to anyone!Mommy

So I searched around online, and consulted with my uncle who is a builder (and actually built his daughter a swing set from scratch). I ran this swing set by him and he said for what we were getting and what we're paying, that it sounded like a great deal. And also, that we could always add to it when she gets older. This swing set got the best reviews for such a low price. The morning they picked it up, I left my husband and uncle and went to work, and when I came home that evening they had it completely assembled. They said that there were plenty extra hardware peices left over and that it wasn't too completely difficult to put together. It's not a very big swing set, but it is definitely sturdier than I expected. It's the perfect size for my tall almost 3 year old. The size of it is actually ideal considering we have a small back yard. She absolutely loves it and every day she begs me to go outside so she can slide. I would definitely chose this one again!HappyCustomer
