LOVE IT, Easy to put together
Love this bench, love the color. I was afraid I couldn't put it together by myself ..I HAVE NO patience. My husband works long hours and asked my brother to help, he said he would in a couple days. I was way to excited to get it to wait that long. so I attempted to do it myself.. I DID it.. and it only took about 45 minutes. Very sturdy and the storage space is huge!.. only gets water in it when you open the lid... I just open it slowly if there is water standing on the top, not that much got in it when I did it that way.

Flimsy and cheaply made
This bench was nothing like I expected. It was made of cheap, flimsy plastic with a couple of metal rods- more like a kids toy. It was large enough to hold all of my cushions, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to keep it under a porch or something to protect it from weather. It has a place where you can put a lock on the front- but even locked you can just pull up on the back of the seat part- it's plastic hinges that just snap on. No screws or anything. It is so flimsy, when we pick it up to move it, pieces fall off because it is not a sturdy piece. Also, I'd be hesitant to let 2 adults sit on it, my husband and I sat on it together and it made an awful sound like it was about to break in two. Like I said before, more like a kids toy. Overall I would not recommend this product, it's overpriced and terrible quality and I'd almost guarantee it will be ruined in less than a year.

    Solid bench! Tons of storage
I decided to get one of these storage benches for extra outdoor storage of gardening supplies and kids beach toys. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This bench is solid. Feels sturdy and lol s really nice on my front porch. I love that it stores lots of items. I bought some cushions for it and we're good to go!

    Keter Bench Box for patios
I bought two of these storages enches for patio chair cushions and beach towels. At the top of the backrest there is a steel bar that gets screwed in place during assembly for support, once in place a long plastic cover is snapped over it. The bar is to have 4 screw holes pre-drilled in it; two round ones and two oval-shaped for attaching the front and back covers. Instead of 4 holes, only one round hole was there. My husband could drill the other round hole we needed, but we had to take it to a machine shop to have the oval holes drilled due to their length. The unit is wiggly as it has plastic tabs that snap into plastic slots to assemble it. I though it would be water tight since it's for outdoor use. It rained, water settled on the bench's lid, when I raised it the water ran right into the unit. Lesson learned is to dry the lid off before lifting it. The bench lid is suppose to support 700+ pounds when people sit on it according to the enclosed info, but I seriously doubt it can do that.

    So far so good
Just like it looks in the picture. Right size and color. Dry cushions after rainy days. Waiting to use as a bench in summer parties with kids, that's the only reason is missing the fifth star!

    Just what I wanted!
Quick delivery and easy to assemble, less then an hour. Snap and screw assembly (screwdriver only , no power tools required), instruction clear with simple pictures. It is a one person job, well I used two to take it outside. good room inside for my birdseed storage tub and garden tools. Bought cushions from Walmart. Our combine weight is about 300lbs seems sturdy to us when sitting on it and we already used it with friends coming over a few times!

Nice Addition to my Dock; Easy Assembly
I was hesitant about this bench after reading a few reviews that complained about the difficulty in putting it together. Once I opened it up, however, I found that each piece was numbered and the instructions were a combination of verbiage and illustrations that actually made sense! By myself, I put the bench together and, except for a couple of hiccups because I wasn't paying attention, it took about 45 minutes and a screwdriver. A few of the plastic tabs had to be coaxed into place, which I also did with a screwdriver. There were three metal pieces strategically placed for strength. I live at a marina and storage is critical. This will add both storage and a place to sit and enjoy the view. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, especially for the price.

Good solid bench for outdoors; easy assembly
This is my second of these benches. The first one was exactly the same. It lasted for about 8 years and was in an accident. (don't ask). I was determined to find the same one. The first one was a store model, so it was assembled. My husband was busy so I decided to assemble this one myself. It was easy. One Phillips head screwdriver was all the tools needed. The screws and such were separated into little Ziploc bags already, and labeled well. Assembly took about 30 minutes; I have little strength in one hand so the bottom feet (invisible) were a bit tricky. There are 3 long metal bars for key locations that provide the strength. The bars are painted but also completely invisible after assembled. All the instructions and parts were well marked. Why did I want one exactly the same? It is wonderfully stable. It does not seem to absorb the heat of hot Central Florida, so it was always cool to the touch. I loved it's length in that I could sit sideways and prop my legs up or lay sideways and, with a slight tuck of the knees, be comfortable. The storage area is quite nice. It seems pretty waterproof. We stored tools in it and hose (dog eats hoses). The lock device (you supply your lock) sometimes appears to be standing out in pictures, but does not hit the back of your legs. Being a big girl, I appreciated that it would hold me and another person. It has never leaned to any side. It is stable enough to use when standing and leaning on the arm or back. The light weight makes it easy to move for sweeping the patio. The little curve on the back top and the look of the vertical markings on the bottom are pleasant. I may buy another just to have a pair. Yeah, it's plastic, but it doesn't age, and is easy management. Great bench! I hope they keep making them forever.

    Exactly what I asked for
I was looking for a box to put my outdoor supplies in and found this bench which was even better. It is sturdy enough, it has a spot for a lock, and it was easy to put together. On the assembly, I should note here that I have arthritis and two new hips in the past year, one 4 months ago. Yet, I assembled the bench by myself in about 45 minutes, some of the time seated on my walker. Each piece is light enough that when I dropped them, I could use my grabber to pick them up. I say if you're in the market for an outdoor box that doesn't need to impress the neighbors but needs to do its job, buy this one. I'm glad I bought this.

    Wonderful storage solution.
This bench looks great, is inviting for people to sit on, and they do. I have my pool accessories inside and it holds much more than I thought it would. I made a great choice, you made a great product!
