Dont read instructions, just look at picture
Everyone is complaining about the instructions... we never looked at them. We had just put together 4 kids bikes in the previous weeks- so we looked at the pic and it made sense. The fabric for the basket is my only complaint. It appears to be removable and actually useable... but stretching it over the basket damaged it. Get it on, and leave it on.. dont fuss with it too much. Mine was shipped to door, put together at home.. no missing pieces, no damaged parts.

Cute bike but manufacturer thumbs down defect tire
Bike is adorable but the manufacturers customer service very disappointing with Covid didnt get much of a chance to use it until the spring time after using it a couple of times the back tire kept getting flat replaced it on two different occasions finally wrote to the company after my husband realized there was a defect with the metal that was constantly causing it to pop. When I contacted the manufacturer they would not replace it they told me the best they could do was charge me almost $50 for a new tire the bike cost $124 was very disappointed will never buy another bike from them again.I dont blame Walmart but very upset with this manufacturer.

    Defective, poorly shipped, and arrived late
    I would do a zero-star review if I could. It might've been different if i bought it in store but as it was a gift for fiancé, I had it shipped to them. To begin with the bike was defective, the seat doesn't stay down after being put together. And please, don't get me started on the box. I also have some issues with how I was charged but that's not the products fault, just Walmart's weird systems. Either way, try to buy it in store. DO. NOT. ORDER. IT.

    I have been begging my mom since HS for one of these cruiser type bikes and when they came out with this perfect baby pink style I Just knew I had to treat myself to an early birthday gift. ITS SO ADORABLE IM OBSESSED WITH IT

    Good bike, poor delivery
    The bike is great, however, it was damaged during delivery. We were able to bend some pieces back but the bike is extremely wobbly now. I'd purchase this in-store if possible as to avoid the delivery damage.

    Dream bike with my favorite colors
    I got a lots of compliment on this bike...Love it love it. I ordered it on Walmart.com, I picked it up and they got this assembled...It is my first time to ride a bike without hand bikes so I am still adjusting it.

    Looks amazing. Quality isn't as expected. Opted ship to home to skip in store. But the frame had little scratches and front mudguard has dents which resulted in misalignment. Front wheel is in contact with mudguard making some noise. Would suggest to pick a completely fixed piece from store than shipping to home. Shipping might damage the product as mine.

    No quality control!
    I have been waiting for this bike to become available for months. Finally it arrived and the fender has dents, the frame has numerous deep scratches. Clearly there is no quality control going on. How hard is it to inspect the bike? You pay for something that is supposed to be new and it comes beat up out of the box. Super disappointed!!!
