I use this to protect most of my shoes
I have seen KIWI boot protector in store but never gave it a try until now. I went on a hiking trip for the first time and use it on my hiking boots, I must say that it protect the boots from major scratches and it definitely protected my boots from the water. I have had this bottle for while and since have use it on my purses and have purchased another bottle.

DO NOT BUY
bought 4 cans 2 different orders I had a few pairs I wanted to water proof. Each can went for a pair. I followed directions let dry sprayed again. did this many times. DOES NOT WORK. it was for work/school boots for walking in wet grass the shoes got soaked!!! It says makes a water proof protective barrier.. NOPE Shoes/boots totally got soaked like nothing was used. 24.76 Waste of money and no way to contact the company to get refund

    Didn't work
    Put two coats per package directions on my kids hiking boots and it didn't work at all. We were hiking in wet grass only. It's not like it was raining or like they were stepping in puddles. Their socks were so drenched, I could wring the water right out of them. Very dissappointed.

    Works good at protecting my shoes
    I'm so happy to have this product! I recently bought several pairs of very nice leather and suede shoes, and I've been worried about rain and mud messing up my shoes, and it almost made me not want to wear them which kind of defeats the point right? This product works great because it's odorless after it dries, and It did a great job and bonding to my shoes and protecting them from the elements outside. It was very easy to use, I simply sprayed it on twice and let it sit to dry thoroughly for the day. Now I feel confident when I wear my shoes!

    Great product - works well!
    The KIWI Boot Protector was easy to apply. I really liked that it didn't have a super pungent smell during application. Just make sure you are in a well ventilated area. It only took a few minutes to apply. We did a 2nd coat after 4 hours. We applied it to our 5 year old's snow boots. They aren't completely waterproof, and he also wears these during 'outside' days at school. We wanted to reinforce the water resistance. It worked great! I wasn't aware of this product prior to trying it out, but I'd definitely purchase in the future. I didn't even know they made such a thing! I'll be recommending to friends as well.

    Kiwi Boot Protector really works!
    I had never tired any boot protectors before this product, and I don't think I need to try any other brand. This product really works! It really keeps water from soaking into your boots, so you don't have to worry about wet feet when it rains. I will absolutely be buying this in the future.

    Worked perfectly!
    I used this product to waterproof my brand new hiking boots and my Ugg boots. I regularly walk muddy trails with my dogs in the spring and summer and wear my Uggs all winter long. It worked just as described. I like that it did not change the original color of the shoes that I used it on which I appreciated. Water beaded off the boots perfectly, great product!

    Protects from Salt Stains
    Works well. I spray all my leather goods Boots, Shoes, Purses and Gloves before using for long life and protection from moisture, salt and stains.
