Not enough power
Grind stone is off center so it wobbles. When you try to use it, it stalls with any pressure even when turned the whole way up. It seems to work alright on cat nails, but it is no where near up to the task for dog nails. Additionally, the battery compartment is poorly designed, it's very hard to get batteries in, and I imagine it will take a tool to remove them.

    Doesn't Even Open
The instructions say to use a small Phillips head screwdriver to get the battery compartment to open. Numerous people have tried to open it and it just wouldn't. The nail that's directly on the battery compartment is NOT a screw for a Philips head screwdriver. Different types of screwdrivers were bought to open it, but none of them worked. What a waste of my money!
    Disappointed
