My son opened this up for christmas. loves Ryan's world! The Ryan mini figure was broken. The machine doesnt work right ether. very disappointing.

    Doesn't work correctly
    Bought this for my son who loves Ryan's world, tried using and nothing comes out, I had to push the “product” down. And the door keeps getting stuck. Doesn't take the right amount of coins which is very frustrating for my 4 year old because he's counting them out. He was so sad he couldn't get it to work right

    I purchased 3 vending machines for my nephews and my son since my son loves Ryan's world but none of them worked. I e would put the coins in but nothing would dispense. My son was so disappointed because he wanted to see something dispense. I would never buy this again. The coins wouldn't fall down unless we pushed the check mark button. But nothing still dispensed.

    Doesn't dispense anything. I've been over and over it and it's just not going to happen. I never buy Ryan toys but my boys really wanted this so I gave in and got it for Christmas. Seeing the other reviews I can't imagine how many disappointed kids there are at Christmas time!

    Save your money. This toy doesn't work.
    My son was ecstatic to get this toy from Santa this year for Christmas. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. We put fresh batteries and followed instructions, but the toys won't dispense (although it makes noise). It's extremely frustrating to keep putting in coins, pressing buttons and getting nothing. My son is extremely disappointed. I never, EVER buy Ryan toys but caved to this one and it completely reaffirmed why I don't buy Ryan toys. They're all junk. Save you hard earned money and buy something that actually works as advertised.

    A Christmas disappointment, does not vend.
    Extremely disappointed! It's a vending machine i expected the product to vend surprises as advertised. Unfortunately, after closely reading instructions and watching videos, it won't vend surprises. The mechanism to release items must be broken. Sadly this was my sons Santa gift so I still let him play with it, he has to turn the whole machine upside down to get the items out. They should call this the toddler work out, pick it up and shake it out machine, not a vending machine.

    Defective or bad quality
    Santa got this for my daughter only to find out it's defective. All it does it's takes the coins and it will not dispense anything. I've try following the instructions about resetting it but no luck. She was so excited too! I attached some photos of the product itself, just in case someone wanted to know what it looked like outside of box. It had potential but just will not dispense anything.

    Not worth the money….
    My son begged for this for Xmas. He LOVES Ryan's world. We did everything by the instructions to ensure it worked properly. We couldn't get one thing to vend. I reset the machine per what the instructions said. Still didn't work. I unscrewed the back and took the batteries out and put them back in (like in the 80s) and still didn't work, but then the score that locks in the pack piece that goes over the batteries wouldn't even screw closed and that just falls off. My son was super disappointed. I then read reviews, as when I bought it the reviews were good, now I'm seeing this is a common problem. :( I will be contacting customer service.

    1st one i ordered was not dispensing the items. walmart replaced it and second one stopped dispensing after 1 day not worth the money at all poor quality

    Does not work!
    Does not vend at all! Plus the stickers are peeling off and the coin return design doesn't make sense. Another poorly made, over priced Ryan's World toy.
