Works well
Does what it says- less gray after use. Does it gradually so as not to be blatantly obvious. I use gloves rather than deal with possible coloured fingernails and also wait the extra minute or so as instructions suggest. Recommend for those not yet ready to go full out gray !

No Change At All!!!
I have been using this for 3 weeks now and seeing zero change. Really disappointed in this product that does not deliver what it says it can do. Would love a refund.

    NEW FORMULA IS A JOKE!!!! DON'T BUY!!!!!!
    "Same Great Results"......You must be kidding! This new formula is a joke! It doesn't even seem to have any colorant in it like it use to. I used to use the old formula and it would be turning dark brown by the time I washed it out but the new formula just seems to be soap suds!!! Why do take a product that is great and everyone loves and do this to it! Another lost customer!!!!!! And lost revenue!!!!!!

    New Product does NOT work the same
    I have been using this product for about a year and a half. I had found that if I used it once every two week and left it in for about 10-12 min. It gave me exactly the desired effect. I bought the new product after I ran out, and I have used it twice now. I am on the hunt for someone in-town who has the old bottle. The new product does not work plain and simple. I am so disappointed. Regardless if I find an old bottle, I will have to move to something else as I will eventually run out of it. If I find something, I will update this post with the product that works.

    New Formula doesn't work well
    I tried the new formula this month and was unimpressed with the results compared to the previous formula. The color results for gray to black was no where near the color black, a more brownish color. Horrible results even after a month of use & following instructions as noted. Unfortunately, I must choose to spend my money elsewhere that will give the results I desire. Even if the product cost more.

    Disappointed in the new formula!!!
    I had been using this product for months and it worked great. I have black hair and after a few uses, you couldn't tell I had used any kind of hair dye. I was out so I headed out to the store to pick up some more. I noticed the new version but seemed to be only one box for brown covers brown to black hair. Skeptical I bought it anyway. Sure enough it turned my hair redish-brown. Even after double the amount of uses as the pervious version, my hair was still had a medium-brown with a red tint to it. Looks terrible! Looks like the stereotypical old guy that took too long in between hair dye jobs and the dyed hair has started to fade. So disappointing. Just for men probably cut corners somewhere so they can make more money. Avoid if you have black hair or dark brown hair without red tint to it. Super obvious dye job.

    No, It's not the same
    It's not the same! The box with the new look that states it has a new look but works the same on it does not work the same!! They've clearly done something to the actual product itself because it does not work nearly as well. In fact it started turning my beard kind of reddish instead of the nearly black that it used to turn it. If this product I have here in my hand is the final product for all of us I think there's a problem, I didn't even really pay attention to the fact that the tube is a different color also, which kind of goes along with the color it was changing my beard to so that gives you an idea of what I'm talking about. Sad to say, it seems like a waste of $$$ now. :(

    NOT the same great results
    The old formula worked to perfection. The new stuff is pure garbage. My beard is now turning a weird brown color instead of the dark, rich, natural results I used to get. I can no longer use this product.
