The kids love it.
I got this for my child's 7th birthday and she loves it. This is our 2nd Jetson and is a lot nicer than our older one. It rides well and the kids love all the lights. The Bluetooth and music work great with it and easy to use with the app. Now my eldest child wants a new one like this since hers isn't as cool and is outdated. So first impressions after a week are good and I would recommend this product.

Not the one we purchased and only last 30 minutes.
It's not the one we purchased. We purchased an all terrain Bluetooth 4 amp hour hover board. We ended up with a lithoX light up hover board with a 2 amp hour battery. It's not even the same voltage. It takes 5 hours to charge and only lasts about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, our son has already used it before we realized that lasts only 30 minutes on a charge so returning it is questionable.

    Cool lights and sound
    So we bought some hoverboards for Xmas from Santa but not this brand one worked and the other didn't so I returned one and did some research and found Jetson. Order a 2nd hoverboard right after Xmas and it came quickly but same problem and it didn't charge up or work, contacted Jetson about it and they were AMAZING to deal with and got us hooked up. I guess 3rd lucks a charm and we have a happy kiddo now ☺️

    Don't waste your money.
    I will say the Jetson Rave Hoverboard is an awful purchase. First thing I noticed when opening the box is the bag surrounding the Hoverboard was sticky and so was the Hoverboard, like the entire thing had been covered in a spray, you can see whatever the gunk is in photos. This is our second Hoverboard of this brand, the first one never powered on. Now this one won't stay powered on and never takes on a full charge, only gets up to about 80%. The Jetson app would be useful if you could actually use their product. Jetson customer service/ tech support are basically nonexistent. No way would I ever buy this brand again as Jetson doesn't seem to stand behind their products. Unfortunately my son is bummed because the Christmas present he wanted most is not working. Thanks for nothing Jetson

    This hoverboard is amazing. I just wish it came in the color I ordered. It is easy to control, really fast, and super cool looking with all the lights. It would.get 5 stars if it were the right color.

    My kids are having a great time. Watch out, though. I ordered the purple one and Walmart sent the pink one. My daughter hates pink. I didn't realize they sent thebwrong color until she opened her birthday gifts.

    Eye catching design
    - Beautiful design, super cool wheel lighting, and a decent speaker. - Fastest speed registered is 10.2 mph - Bluetooth pairing is easy, consistent, and has roughly a 30ft range - Most of the lighting is in the focused on the wheels - Due to the glossy looking finish, it is very susceptible to scratches. - Battery life is not as optimal as it could be. My son uses it hard w/ the seat adapter, I mean full speed and in a 5degree slope non stop; it lasts about 25 mins or so. - Controlling the settings in the Jetson App could be a pain as the App doesn't seem to respond as weel w/ it as it does w. the Halix model; however, once it works, it's all good.
