Not enough USB ports? Solution!
Can't say enough about this little gem. I use 3 notebooks for everything I do, and that causes limitations, namely USB ports. Everything connects by USB today and I can tell you this unit was so effortless, truly "Plug and Play" and handles multiple requests at the same time. (multitasks) All-in-all this unit is awesome, the proof: I bought another one!

7 port joke
Can connect several items to hub but computer will only recognize one at a time so you must switch off all others and turn on one at a time. Then there is times to change from one item to another close and reopen computer. not what it showed of having several items running at the same time sharing the on port.

I love being able to have more than 2 drives plugged in. The only downside is one port isn't working. It doesn't bother me because the other 6 do, and that's plenty for me.Alyssa

After just three months of regular use during my drum streams, the product completely failed, rendering it unusable. Not only was the USB Hub marketed as a reliable and high-quality solution, but I had also trusted Juvo Plus Inc based on their choice of products to deliver and market to customers. Regrettably, this recent purchase has shattered my faith in their commitment to customer satisfaction. What disappoints me even more is the response I received from Juvo Plus Inc when I reached out to them regarding this issue. Despite being a loyal customer and giving them an opportunity to redeem themselves, they outright rejected my request for a refund or return. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. The fact that the USB Hub failed after only three months of use raises serious concerns about the quality and durability of their products. It is clear that Juvo Plus Inc is more interested in making a sale than in standing behind the products they sell. This experience has left me questioning their integrity as a company. I rely heavily on a functional and reliable USB Hub for my drum streams and other businesses. The failure of this product has caused significant disruption and frustration. As a responsible consumer, I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with Juvo Plus Inc. I strongly advise against purchasing their 7-port USB Hub or any other products from them, as they have demonstrated a lack of commitment to their customers. In conclusion, I am deeply dissatisfied with the quality, durability, and customer service provided by Juvo Plus. Their refusal to rectify the situation and their dismissive response to my concerns only further emphasizes their lack of accountability. In all fairness I may have broke when I found a charger because it may have been wrong voltage. It was supposed to work without one so.... good luck. Not worth the time to return.Ron

What I didn't know was that this doesn't come with a power supply, even though it requires one! Why would anyone sell this “USB hub” without the “ Required” power supply? I Don't Know! Haven't had the chance to use it yet, so I can't say if it works or not!William

After connecting it to a Thunderbolt connection, however, this device worked as intended and was able to provide functionality from all 7 ports.
