High quality, easy to use, highly useful tester!
When my inexpensive, plastic multimeter would not stay together without rubber bands holding it together, I researched the net for a good replacement. The reviews were very good for the Innova Equus 3320, so I sought out the best price and place to buy and my local Walmart had it for several dollars less than the competitors and I could pick it up the same day! I used my new multimeter the next day to help with troubleshooting the brake control wiring on my 4 Runner. I was working under the dash so the elastic strap came in handy to hold the tester in view while I touched the various termination points on the connectors. I also really appreciated how tightly the leads plug into the unit and are not dislodged even with a good tug while stretching them. I see this as a long term tool I will use for many years to come!

Great Digital Volt Ohm Meter for the money
This meter is well built and comes with input covers as well as test lead covers to protect the leads and the auto ranging feature is a very nice touch. I use a multi function tool like this on a regular basis and the last one I had was not auto ranging and even as often as I use this tool I forgot to dial in the correct voltage and smoked the meter, so auto ranging is a good idea no matter how often you use the tool.

    Autoranging
Works great. I really like the auto ranging ability to save time from adjusting. Priced right for my application.

    accurate and sturdy
A little more expensive than some meters, but worth it. The plastic case is very sturdy and will take some rough handling. The clips on the sides for the probes are very useful. I am hanging my meter on the wall near my workplace. There are straps on the back to help you hold it when you are away from your bench, and a folding stand.

    simple to use and inexpensive
I'm a electronic tech and use Fluke meters but wanted something inexpensive and simple for my son to use around the house and yard power equipment. The battery tester is a nice feature and compact in size. For the price I purchased another for me. BTW it's UL approved to boot !

    Great meter and features
I'm really happy with this DMM. I am going to get one for my brother for his upcoming birthday. My old meter had 10 amp fused circuits for AC and DC, but I actually never used them. I think most people just add a resistor as 10 amp is not that much anyway for practical use except on small items with low current flow. That said, this does have a setting to measure current. BTW the fuse inside is for the battery test function if the lights stop working. The battery test function is great (and one of the main reasons I'll get my brother one) because it puts a little drain on the battery instead of just measuring the volts. They still show on the readout, but you'll notice slightly lower than you see on the DC setting, and the lower the voltage the more drop you'll see on the readout. This is important because putting a little drain on a battery is when a bad cell might show up. I've read others thought the lead wires were too small and flexible, but I think they're good that way...who wants to knock their meter off it's resting place trying to manipulate stiff large wires; also, I find the tips to be very sensitive/responsive, someone else said they weren't. The 10 megOhm input impedence is sometimes only found on much more expensive meters, but this one has it (a safety feature). I'll add that I like the dial face...my last meter was push button and I think I got confused because of it and had it on DC when I measured a wall socket (AC) yikes! It's nice to see clearly what setting you're on. Keep in mind that the numbers will jump around before you touch the leads to something because it is an auto-ranging meter, a must have in my opinion.

    Ideal shopping experience
I give an "excellent" rating to all the rating criteria because everything from product browsing, descriptions & specs, purchasing, to shipping speed & cost was positive. No negatives or caveats. BTW, the Equus 3320 multimeter is the only multimeter on the market that is flexible enough, simple enough, AND inexpensive enough to use solely as an all purpose, all variety battery tester - from 1.5V button batteries to 12 and 24V vehicle batteries. All other battery testers are either much more limiting and/or difficult to use and read, or much more expensive. I got it for my in-laws to use so it has to be easy to use. And, of course, it is a multimeter and can thus be used for more than just battery testing. Hopefully the product longevity will be good also. So far I consider the product to be very good.

    No Fluke, but...
for my noncommercial, nonprofessional needs, it does just fine. I happen to own a digital car charger with its own built in voltmeter and the readings compare well. If I have criticisms, it is that access to the AA batteries inside when they need replacement is a bit cumbersome--requires a screwdriver and taking the case apart, and second, the manual is not user-friendly--too much electrician technotalk. But I guess that's what You Tube is for. I highly recommend for home users. Walmart delivered Site To Store in about 5 days.
