The perfect swing!
I absolutely love this swing. It's made from really soft material, and the incline adjusts so it's great for a newborn, and then also as baby grows and wants to sit up more as well. This swing goes in several different directions, and the 5 point harness ensures that my other little "helpers" won't be able to pull their baby sister out! It's easy to clean when baby spits up, and the lights and sounds and moving mobil entertains her so well. The swing does have a wide base, so you'd need a lot of floor space, but it makes the swing very stable. This is a great swing!

Upside down straps
For the longest I couldn't figure out why I couldn't strap my baby in the swing. I thought I had assembled it wrong. Nope. The harness is sewed upside down. The shoulder part is down at the bottom. It's impossible to snap my daughter into it. Now it's a clothes hamper . My daughter never had a chance to enjoy it.

    Would return if I could!
    While swinging, my Son's head turns to one side and I realized it's the swing going side to side that makes it do this. There isnt enough padding to keep his head still. Also, there's a red light that turns on and the swing will turn off after that. It doesn't always work. If I still had the receipt, I'd return it!!!

    Won't stay on
    We've had this swing for 2 months and everything was great up until today. It shut off while my daughter was in it. When I went to turn it back on, it swings for a second then the lights turn red and it shuts off. I tried everything from unplugging it to leaving it alone for a couple of hours. I'm very disappointed because I spent a lot of money for this product for it to just give out 8 weeks later...

    Got this put together and plugged in the AC and nothing works. I verified all the connections were snug. I saw some other comments where people had to have the batteries in for their swing to work? I figured it would work without batteries?

    Been a lifesaver
    This swing has been a lifesaver for us as our newborn refused to sleep in anything other than her car seat until now. My only major complaint with the swing is the automatic timer. It shuts off every 90 minutes so while it puts my daughter to sleep, she often wakes when the motion stops. Other than that, the design is adorable and my daughter loves the mobile that lights up. It's not as quiet as I'd hoped, but it's doing the trick for us.

    She's loved this swing since day one! She loves the rocking motion and sometimes falls asleep in it (the seat moves side to side or forward-back)! The mobile always leaves an awestruck look on her little face, and the lights add an ambiance that is entertaining and soothing. The pre-programmed music has always been her favorite to listen to since she was a newborn, but the option to play a Pandora station,(Rockabye! Baby: Children's Station) through my phone or mp3 connected to the swings speakers, is a great second! The only difficulty we had was that she was way too tiny to keep her head up while swinging at first, so we had to use a carseat head cushion. She's grown into the swing now and loves the six different speeds available for play or sleep. Thanks! Keep making great products. (Oh, and the ability to plug it into a wall or use batteries, awesome! The possibilities...) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

    Rockin' out while rocking!
    This swing is great! I followed the online assembly video which made putting it together easy. The seat material is so soft, and my daughter is mesmerized by the lights and spinning mobile. I love plugging in my iPhone to play Pandora songs through the swing speakers. I usually find myself balancing my phone on her bouncer or tucking it in next to her to play music, but with this swing there's already a spot for it! :) She has used an older swing at her grandparents house, but she usually leans forward and looks uncomfortable in it. With this swing, she is able to lay back and relax.

    Awesome Swing!!!
    I am blown away with this swing! We did need help to assemble it, we watched the instructional video provided on the website and within 30 minutes we had the swing ready to go! The base is a little wide so you need plenty of space, however it makes the swing all that much more stable. I absolutely love the fact that I can plug the swing to the electrical outlet on the wall and I don't need to worry about buying batteries, it saves us time and money! I love all the features! The color and design for the seat cover cushion and mobile are simply adorable! The fabric is super soft! It is great that you can move the seat to face different angles, that way your little bundle of joy can watch you while you watch her/him from anywhere in the house. The reclining option works great right now that she is 2 months old, and we can change it to a sitting position once she can hold her head on her own. My daughter absolutely loves the mobile and lights, they keep her entertained for long periods of time. The music and nature sounds are very soothing and relaxing. The control panel for the swing is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I love the option to connect your phone or mp3 player to the swing to play our own music, we have not used it yet, but look forward to it in the future. The seat restraints keep the baby nice and snug while keeping her safe while the swing is in motion. Overall, I feel this is the best swing in the market right now. I have no complaints, highly recommend this swing to all parents! It is truly the best swing out there!

    The Best Swing I Have Used
    I received this swing to review when my daughter was just three months old and I must say... I do not know how I survived the first three months without one! This is my third baby and swings have really come a long way since my first. My baby is now seven months old and still using this swing for every nap. The moment I lay her down in it, she looks up immediately and waits for me to turn on the mobile and lights. I have watched her fall asleep dozens of times to the soothing motions of the swing and majestic mobile and lights. With two other children running around the house, having the option of hooking my phone into the swing and music playing through the swing speakers prevents her from getting woken up. In all honesty I do not have a single complaint about this swing, as it has brought my baby so much comfort... I could not have asked for a better swing... a must have for usre!
