Packaging Banged Up, Product Survived
It says to rate and review my purchase, so I am going to review my purchase experience and the item. I was in the store as I began my shopping trip, and I saw that if you ordered this with in-store pick up you could save about $6-$7. So I ordered it as I was in the aisle looking at the product. There were probably 20 of these hanging on the shelf. When I got a text saying that my order was ready I went to the area for in-store pick up and the person who is selecting the product from the shelf had grabbed a very beat up box, but it was the holidays and I was in a hurry so I took a gamble instead of standing in the customer service line . I would like to think the associates were trained to pick an item that wasn't beat up and let in store shoppers choose if they want to grab that one off the shelf. With that being said I was surprised the curling iron wasn't damaged. It works great and my wife loves it. I read reviews about it burning hair, but the temperature is adjustable and hasn't been an issue.

    Doesn't heat up as well
    When my old one curling iron that I had for many years stopped working I replaced it with the identical iron. I am disappointed that this new iron does not heat up to the same temperatures as the old one.

    Not thrilled
    I bought this a few weeks ago and don't like how the tip is very short and too hot to touch when curling my hair. I have accidentally shut it off during use too. Not happy with this purchase

    I had to purchase as I am on vacation and forgot mine. I purchased a smaller one and found I like the curl better for medium length hair

    Great Product!
    This iron is perfect for my hair is super straight and usually does not hold curls, but this powerhouse not only curls my hair, but the curls last all day!

    The best curling iron hands down
    This curling iron heats up quickly and has different levels of heat. It's easy on the joints (for arthritic hand) and very light weight.
