Husband loves it
Love the size. Can fit three large ice packs and still have room for three Gatorades, sandwich, chips, protein bars, etc. Great for my husband's work lunches.

Not happy with new cooler installation
It doesn't keep as cold as my 20 year old playmate cooler that I was replacing an replacing and already threw in the trash If anybody would like to contact me to resolve any issues with this please let me know

    Good Cooler.
    I like the way this one works much better than the similar 16 Qt cooler with the top/single hand release. It's much more secure. My Springer Spaniel could open the 16 Qt, he liked ice cubes. I think it stays cold longer as well, don't know if the top fits tighter or it's just better insulated. I wish it wasn't black, but it's either that or the designer models that cost a lot more.

    Arrived missing part
    The only thing we do not like about it, it arrived with one of the yellow Igloo decals on the side missing - see picture. Makes me question the durability of the cooler. I was disappointed to give it as a gift but didn't want to deal with the hassle of returning it and purchasing a new one online since our local Walmart does not carry them in store.

    I got the cooler for my husband for fathers day and he loves it. He used to have to carry two coolers but now the new one holds all his things and there is no need for another cooler any more.

    Disappointed
    The one that was sent to me was missing the boss label and either the paint was supposed to look like some sort metallic effect or it was a paint run. The cooler functions like it should but this one should of never left the factory with the appearance issues in my opinion.

    Ordered item, it arrived missing the igloo emblem on one side. it was the wrong color. I ordered the pictured item that shows the black strip on top of the handle, and the black igloo emblem on the sides. It arrived with yellow. And the lid is a little thin than i expected. Cheap feeling. got refunded.

    Good cooler
    It's good for what is it for I run a feller buncher in the woods and need to keep cool even with 180 degree hydraulic lines next to it. Wish they'd find a way to foam the top however everything stays cold for a twelve hr shift. It is 14 qt
