Doesn't stay in place!
Does not stay in place! The product is described as a patch that supposed to stick to the problem area! this product rolls and peels off. You will do more trying to keep the patch in place than anything! not worth the headache! Pain relief! not sure at all if the product worked because it kept rolling off my body!

    Don't ask for same day delivery!
    The product is good. The delivery was awful! I asked for same day delivery (8am-9am) and did not get the delivery until the next day in the afternoon!!I would not ask for same delivery if I was not hurting so bad! it was a miserable night. At that, the courier did not knock on the door, ring the door bell or call my attention in any way.

    Pain Relief

    Patches don't stay flat.
    These patches do not stick very well to the lower back area. Two rolled up within five minutes. One stayed flat a little longer but rolled up on one end. The pain relief is not very strong either. I like that the patches are not messy like the cream.

    Doesn't adhere if you have a lot of body hair
    I bought this product because I pulled my back. I have a lot of hair on my body - chest, back, legs, etc. Because of this I can't get the patch to actually lie against my skin. I tried several times, but I had the same problem each time and can't say it actually helped. Nothing on the box warns that this may be a problem but it was.
