Easy to Upgrade and Customize

The easy-to-access interior makes it simple to add additional components, while the 16GB DDR4 RAM and 512GB NVMe SSD provide plenty of storage space and speed for all my gaming needs.     Don't buy this.
    It was shipped to me and when I opened it for my son on his birthday it wasn't even put together correctly and they didn't use the right components.

    Would buy from them again tho
    I've had it for about 3-5 days it's been a good pc great for the price but when it came the cpu cooler wasn't installed correctly it fell off during shipping there was thermal paste everywhere in it and the tempered glass or acrylic was cracked but nun of that was a big enough problem for me to send it back just wanted to let people be aware that stuff could come broken windows is activated and runs smoothly.

    I'm not a computer expert!
    Not being Bill Gates, I have difficulty with computers when various internal components need installing, or some software glitch holds up the process of an operating system. There's something strange about the internal look of this unit: It appears a card (Likely the graphics one..) is leaning sideways, and does not appear as being mounted. I'll assume that the separate graphics card will need to be installed (There's even a video of this process provided for guidance on the Ipason webpage) but I won't try that until I have a tech standing by on the Chat section to make sure I don't damage this computer. So far, I have yet to contact their support section. They claim to be available between 6:00 PM and 2:00 AM 7 days per week, but I received no response from their Chat feature. No phone contact number is provided, so I guess I'll have to email the company, and await their response in that thread.

    The price was great. Dealing with customer service on a broken computer wasn't nice. Ipason Computer company is ridiculous. They only offered to pay for the part but it was gonna cost over $250 to fix a brand new gaming tower. very unsatisfied. it damaged in shipping.

    Windows is not authentic
    The Windows 10 pro that is supposedly included is not verified. It is a pirated version and Microsoft detects it as soon as you turn on the computer.
