WORTH IT ON SO MANY LEVELS!
How AWESOME! This light is so bright I replaced 4 twin T8 fixtures with only one of these. I dont know why anyone would buy the 3200 lumen model right under it in store for 19.87 when they could have this one for $2 more! The pull-chain is dandy too! You couldnt purchase one t8 fixture and 2 bulbs for this cheap and if you could, no way it would b as bright!! 5/5! In my photo ive attached both models head 2 head, the 3200 lumen model on the right, and this bad boy on the left.

Bad design, poorly made
As another reviewed noted, the half round clear covers over the light strips are barely attached and sag. In my case, one was already off when I opened the box. It was cut too short and won't stay in. The recesses designed to hold the covers are much too shallow, and the covers have no rigidity. Also as previously noted, the light strips are closer together than other lights and don't broadcast as widely. Very cheaply made, even for a cheap product. I returned it.

    Waste of money!!!
    Quite possibly the most disappointing purchase I have made at Walmart. I bought two of these for my garage. They are plugged in to different outlets, but with one switch. They refuse to light simultaneously and seem to be entirely indifferent to whether I pull the chain switch. At best I get half of one unit to light at a time.

    Bulb covers won't stay on
    So just installed 3 of them, like these plastic covers over the LEDs won't stay on?? Do i tape them on or were they just for shipping. Cord is heavy duty, did not need 3 prong, but it has them.

    ehhhh wasn't really what I was expecting
    Got about 20 of these for the shop. Were easy enough to put up. One box didn't have any hardware in it. They are nice looking BUT snap, crackle and pop constantly when on. I call them my "Rice Crispy" lights. Don't like the snapping one bit. Would go to a different brand if had to replace.

    A bargain with a few issues.
    A bargain shop light. Hyper-Tough, maybe. Installation was fast. ISSUE 1: The light uses a half-cylindrical transparent covers over the LED strings, held in place only at the ends. Upon installing, the covers began to droop about 1/4 inch. Come summer in the garage heat I can imagine them falling off. My solution was to drill two small holes and tye-wrap the covers into place. ISSUE 2: The light beamwidth is narrower than the previous 4' florescent fixture and does not cover the space as well. Given that... they were worth the price and will probably give good service.

    Lights are great but i ordered 4 and 2 were damaged in shipping just as other reviewers stated so off to the store and wait in the returns line and try it again.

    Great light, crappy packaging.
    Hey Walmart, put a couple of pieces of tape on the box ends before you ship with Federal Ape. If you have it shipped be aware that it may come damaged as they shipped it in the retail box without any tape on the ends of the box. Mine was wide open and everything rattled around like it was broke. I can't believe the package with the chains didn't fall out. It wasn't broke and the light works fine so it must be pretty tough.
