Too much biotin for me
I really wanted to like this product. I liked the amount of caffeine in a serving and the recommendations on when and how to take the product. For me however, there is far too much biotin in every serving. For there to be 300mcg per serving and 2 servings recommended per day, I couldn't continue taking this supplement. That is far too much biotin to be taking on a prolonged daily basis for me. I did try the supplement and will say that I didn't have a jittery effect and there was no crash after either dose. The liquid caps were kind of cool also, but I could not finish the bottle though with the dosage issue on the biotin side.

    It's nice to see a product that is specifically for women. This supplement contains biotin which benefits your hair, skin, and nails.     Great product if you keep with it.
    This product has great intentions and the quality of the materials are good. I feel like consistency is key with this product as it's not going to work right away. The capsules are easy to swallow which is great because no one likes those huge pills. The caffeine also doesn't smack you in the face when it kicks in.

    Great performance for the price
    I have 24 lbs to lose and took these for 2 weeks. I loved the formula and do feel they helped me with my weight loss. I started at 185 and went down to 183.9. They do contain ingredients with caffeine in them which i like. They were easy to take with no bad aftertaste and i did not notice any side effects I highly recommend them. They perform well for the price, and contain no sugar.

    Mild Energy
    The Hydroxycut +Women was more of a mild energy boost for me than anything else. Being specifically formulated for women it contained Biotin, Collogen, Folate, Iron and 150mg of caffeine. I thinks its main focus is supposed to be on metabolism boost and calorie burning. The directions are easy enough to follow, 1 capsule twice a day for 3 days, then 2 capsules twice a day, but a 60 capsule bottle only lasts about 13 days. In that time I didn't see any weight loss, just a mild energy increase with no jitters.
