Warranty Waste
The headset itself is great! My kids love theirs. However, don’t waste the extra money on purchasing the warranty plan, because they’ll ultimately determine that whatever the issue be is not covered

    Huge Waste of money and time ordering
    My son just opened for Christmas and headset mic has stopped working after 4-5 days. Don't waste your money on warranty because they won't give you back what it's worth or replace. I am still waiting for a response from seller.

    Mic is NOT compatible with Xbox One
    Make sure to buy the microsoft adapter if you want to use the mic with xbox one.

    It doesn't light up unless you
    It works great no need for a protection plan unless you have $100 head set but this product works, down side the light does not turn on for PS4 through the aux cord you need to plug both! Aux and the usb which is pointless for ps4 because we plug into our remotes
