    Damaged cans AGAIN!
    Received 4 cases of these today everyone of the cans in each case was dented. Tota,l was 24CANS really. Will return to Walmart . This is happening to many times so will no longer be ordering on line.

    i order a 6 pack of this product and was going to cancel due to the price of the item and could not cancel order because of time limit which is understandable but Walmart sent the item earlier than the shipping date Posted and I received 8 can which made my day thank you Walmart. Be sure to check the prices and any shipping charges may be cheaper just going to the store and buying one can at a time if you're able to get to a Walmart store.

    This item is extremely salty. The 15 oz can contains 2660 mg of sodium, compared with 700 mg sodium in their standard petite diced tomatoes of the same size. There is no indication that the contents will be nearly 4 times as salty. I threw it away. I did not like the taste.

    I buy this case of tomato sauce to keep on hand in my pantry because it is so versatile in so many different recipes, I am never caught off guard if I decide to whip something up at the last minute. It is a great value to buy in bulk like this, the quality of the tomatoes used are among some of the best canned tomato sauce you can buy.

    Good sauce - poor packaging
    Tomato sauce was good quality for the price. Unfortunately, I had to return my order because 4 of the 6 cans were badly dented. Walmart instructed me to discard the initial order and quickly replaced the carton of 6 cans. However the replacement order contained 2 badly dented cans. I believe that the lack of packing paper was responsible for the dented cans because the cartons had split open, allowing the cans to bang together. Good that I kept the original order until the replacement order arrived. Between the 2 shipments, I was able to salvage 6 cans and discarded 6 dented cans. If packing paper or similar had been used, the damage could have been avoided. Good sauce; poor packaging!

    Hunts is the only brand of sauce we use in our house. Its local and trusted in all our dishes. I grew up with this name and Im supporting this company because the freshness of their products. Taste is everything to us especially in our spaghetti and lasagna meals.
