Ad says 6 miles of distance per charge, box it comes in days 4 miles.

Very disappointed! Failed Christmas surprise!
Disappointed! Purchased as a Christmas present for my son. Much to our surprise it didn't even work. The only time it even powered on was while it was on the charger. We tried charging it forever and still nothing. We also noticed there appeared to be scuff marks on it like it was used already so I reckon it was probably one that was returned. We took it back and purchased a better one/brand(at least it's better so far, it works).

    Scooter worked for a few weeks, then broke/sagged in the middle. Warranty and Extended warranty sold by Wal Mart would not cover it! Ext Warranty says it covers mechanical malfunction but insurance co said not covered!

    I bought 3 of these for my 3 kids. they only used them in our basement for 1 day before the first one broke. ordered another that day. before it arrived, the other 2 quit working. the replacement came, and broke within a week of opening. garbage!!

    Don't waste your time or money!!
    I was excited for my grandson to open this Christmas morning!! I made sure to charge the battery fully a few days before Christmas. The first time he attempted to ride the hoverboard it was smooth riding and took little to no effort on his part. it went dead after about 30 mins of off and on riding indoors at slow speeds. i thought maybe it was because the battery drained somehow over the few days before Christmas so i charged fully again and it again took about 6 hrs. He rode for the second time about 15 mins, same conditions. so i charged the battery again this time taking about 4hrs. same thing again and again!! it's now been a couple of weeks past Christmas and he barely gets to ride a few minutes after each 4-6 hr charge. Not to mention over the last couple of weeks its lost its smoothness no matter how many times i calibrate and will throw you off in a split second. I've tried exchanging at wal mart and online but they claim there is none in stock even though they are available for purchase. don't even bother reaching out to the manufacturer because they are ZERO help. the only thing they offered was an older model rebuilt one. i didn't purchase a used one so that's not gonna fly. i would research reviews and find one that has a reputable company. also the box and instructions stated that there is an app you can download that is so cool and has lots of extra features, doesn't connect to this hoverboard. lights are cool and that's all i can say positive about it.

    Piece of crap plastic
    8 year old son played with for 10 minutes. first time he fell off it broke. I'm so tired of all this cheaply made crap that you have to pay out the butt for.

    do not recommend
    the second day the kids were riding the boards both of the boards started messing up,one board would not shut off and started doing flips..the second board the lights stopped working and right tire wouldn't work...would not recommend.
