Great price for a powerful vaccum
It definitely has a powerful suction. It works great on my tile floors and my carpet. Because of the suction it can be a little hard to vacuum rugs but I am not complaining about that. It's a little wider and bulkier than I thought, almost the size of a carpet cleaner but it cleans great and is easy to empty the canister. Great price too.

    wont last
    have had used this less then 4 months and already lost suction and seals aren't lining up. Also not super important but where they put the power button makes absolutely no sense

    Hobbyist Repairing a WIndtunnel Max
    My hobby is fixing broken things. This first Hoover had a huge amount of water damage killing the motor. Disassembly was wonderful. Strong construction compared to others. Well thought out! All fasteners were the same type. I saved the belt, hose, roller, canister, and pictures. Very high opinion of this design and construction.

    does not come with extension wands...
    The vacuum itself is fine, the fact it shows an extension wand on the box, in the user guide, but both shipments I received the wand is missing.... what good are the attachments? two brand new vacuums, both missing extension wands... seriously?

    I want my money back
    Good prices can disguise poor products. This fabulous model was on sale for $70. Opened the box to see a hose extension was not included. That is not the end of the world. When vacuuming it sucks up the stuff on the carpet quite well. I unfortunately found that the canister to vacuum connection was not tight. Because of this when I ran the vacuum there was a high pitched sound that accompanied the dirt and dust escaping at the connection. The gasket at this connection point has been the same on this style of Hoover models for at least 10 years but the hard plastic on this specific model twists and pushes the hose connection away from being flush. So yeah, I will need my money back.

    pretty disappointing Hoover
    The vacuum cleaner survived but i dont know how. The box was torn, bent and had 2 large holes. The styrofoam inside was crushed and in msny pieces. There was NO wand inside. It looks like that is normal. I am surprised that the vacuum isnt broken. Its totally plastic and FedEx practically destroyed the only packaging protecting it. So far the motor runs when i turn it on. The quality remains to be seen.

    A Must Have For Big Houses
    Excellent vacuum for big house with pets and kids. Suction power is great, size is great, has long extension cord and it is very easy to use.

    i would not buy this again
    im only giving it one star because i habe to. it took a month for me to get it after i ordered it from the app when it finally got to my house everything was just tossed in a big box with no paper work for it and the top for the filter is broken.

    Good deal, but not as advertised.
    When I ordered this on the app for a Black Friday deal, it showed it originally as having the upholstery attachment. Having pets, this was a big factor in why I bought it. However, when we picked it up, it did not come with that attachment. We liked the vacuum so I ended up buying the attachment separately from the Hoover website which was an additional $15 (with shipping). Still a good bargain overall for the short time we've had it. Seems to have good power and I like the bagless canister for easy dumping. Had I actually got what I paid for, I'd give it 4 stars. After we've had the vacuum for awhile, I will update my review for better or worse depending on how it performs over time.
