1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/05/2024Company downgraded, new model hardly blows out airHoneywell downgraded this fan horribly. The old model blew out tons of air, this model hardly blows out any air at all. The older model blew out more air than this on its lowest setting than this one does on its highest setting. The company brags that it's quieter but it's only quieter because they downgraded the motor and it hardly blows out air. Also there are tons of people that use these types of fans for the noise to sleep with at night and making it noiseless is pointless for those people. If the company is going to downgrade the motor that badly then they shouldn't charge the same amount. I kept the fan in case I could find somebody with an old model to trade me, though I don't think I'm going to find anybody that wants a fan that hardly blows out air. I am so disappointed in how the company has downgraded this newer model. Not only is the motor ten times weaker and smaller, the entire thing is so lightweight and poorly made. Although it's quiet it still makes an obnoxious choppy grinding noise, though the other model was louder it was a nice smooth noise. this one sounds like it's going to fall apart any minute. I just find it astounding that they would downgrade it to where it blows out hardly any air when the other one blew out so much and cooled down the room, this model couldnt even cool down an eskimo.Jen
