Christmas Shopping For Gift Cards
Ordered online for gift cards for my brother-in-law's for Christmas. Loved I could do that without having to go into an actual Walmart. With COVID-19, I have been staying out of stores and taking advantage of grocery pick-up also. Thank You!

Card wasn't activated
I thought it would be easier to order our employees Walmart gift cards instead of going into Walmart and waiting in line to get them. DO NOT DO THIS. GO INTO WALMART AND WAIT IN LINE! Not one of the gift cards was activated. We had to get every single gift card number and call in to have them activate them.

    This card came with a broken upper right corner. Since, it wasn't broken on the black strip, I wasn't concerned about it. However, it should have been packed better, since it was a gift. I was glad it came before Christmas.

    Somewhat satisfied.
    I like the design of the gift cards because they were from a family member who could not be with us for the holiday. They were the perfect gift cardsfor expressing the sentiment of home for the holidays. On the other hand, the card value was not provided to the recipients. It was assumed by Walmart that the recipient would call the number on the back of the card to learn the card balance...or go into the store to learn the card balance. I would have enjoyed the opportunity to be a seasonal employee who would have mailed the gift cards to recipients in an envelope that would include the gift message and card value. Everyone does not have an email address, so the detail information should be included and presented in a more acceptable way to the card recipients. The cards arrived in a bubble envelope and without any information.

    disapointed in both walmart
    gift card was stolen during mailing process. walmart wont replace even though it took 28 days before it left the distribution center to reach me as an empty, poorly taped, completely ripped in half envelope

    Disappointed
    This card arrived cracked and unable to use. I was told I would have a replacement in 24 hours and I'm still waiting. This is a Christmas gift and I have little faith a new one will arrive in time. Very disappointed.

    A bit disappointed
    Card itself is really cute and shipping was really fast. Only problem is it does not say anywhere how much the card is for! Im sending it as a gift for my brother and his family and did not write anything in the Christmas card about the value on the gift card....just thought that would be tacky. No gift receipt came with it either.

    Don't Buy WM Gift Cards
    Will never buy and have a physical gift card mailed from Walmart again. When it was delivered as a gift, the recipient was unable to use the card. Apparently WM loaded the money onto the wrong card, making the gift useless. Was told they would transfer the money to the correct card but that failed. Was then told the money would be refunded to my account in 3-5 business days, really? You took the money from my account immediately upon placing the order, upset at myself for not sending an e-card, and upset at WM for the delay!

    It came loose in an envelope. I would have expected for it to have its own insert or small envelope. I was mortified when my sister called me to tell me about the gift card I had sent her for Christmas.
