Worst conditioner
This is the worst conditioner ever. It is super watery - I had to think of where I ordered it because its almost like it was filled with water and food coloring.

    Something's Different
    I've been using this conditioner for many years and it's worked so well but the most recent bottle I purchased had been such a disappointment. I could tell something was different just from the texture in my hand and I'm having to use 3 times as much product to get it to do anything. I have very fine hair so I only need a small amount normally. My hair has been feeling like straw and getting a brush through it has been much more work. Please fix it, I don't want to find a new product.

    I Love This Conditioner
    I’ve tried other Herbal Essence conditioners but this is the best. It completely conditions and softens my hair. Also, as an added bonus, it smells awesome. I highly recommend.

    Works great
    Works great for moisturizing dry damaged hair. This product also has great slip to untangle curly hair. I have found this to work the best for my family.

    Do not risk your hair!
    It burnt my hair after one use. Now my hair is completely damaged and brittle. It has some kind of chemicals that didn't react well with my hair.
