    I wanted this to Work…
    First off, I LOVE the fragrance of this bio renew hydrate coconut milk line so much! I really want this line to work for me so much because of the fragrance but it just didn't work for my hair. It left my hair so wiry and crispy and so dry especially my ends. It made my hair fall out a lot. And it left my scalp so dry and at times itchy. Nooooo why???!!! And then so much hair came out in the shower. I'm so sad.

    Never rinses out. Like glue.
    I've been shampooing with Herbal Essences Shampoo for over 10 years. But this one particular kind was like washing with conditioner. I thought maybe they messed up and mislabeled mine, but after reading some reviews, I know they didn't. You can't rinse it out, and it made my hair feel so bad, I rewashed it an hour later with a different kind of shampoo.

    leaves a film in hair
    had high hopes after reading so many positive reviews, but this leaves a film on my wavy thin hair and it looks dull not shiny. Then, I only brush my hair when it dries. I noticed I was tugging harder and my hair had a waxy film feeling. My hair broke more and I noticed my hair ball was bigger on the 2 days I used this. I am giving 2 stars bc the bottle is nice and the smell is ok.

    Herbal Essence Hydrating Shampoo w/Coconut Milk
    This shampoos was available online and I wanted to try this formula and used it last showering and yes, it gives a good lather and my hair isn't so dry as my hair is graying. I really like the Herbal Essence hair products and this one is a winner.
