terrible service
was delivered to wrong address twice and now playing games thru email for my refund. caused me to decide to cancel walmart . wen i ask about refund in email they respond with ok and thats it. no explanations or time frames. was delivered by fedex to a business where a receptionist sugned for it and they are ignoring my attempts to resolve issue.

    Disappointing little dipper
    I loved the amenities like the stay watm feature and the locking lid. I thought the dipper crock was a cute idea. However, it had no temperature gauge. Otherwise, very nice crockpot.

    Large Capacity, Easy to Use, Set it %26 Forget it
    I really love the size. Very easy to use. Set it and forget it! That's the kind of cooking I love. Perfect for a large roasts with veggies and potatoes. I love the color too. Easy to clean. The only thing I was not happy about was the thin piece of Aluminum/Tin piece that is colored “Red” that goes around the slow cooker. Love the color just not the material, feels cheap. Otherwise it cooks awesome, and worked well for the 3-times I've used it so far.

    Canceled again !!
    I've ordered a crockpot that comes with a smaller crockpot called the dipper.I was expecting it,only to be notified they canceled my order ! This is not the 1st time,this infuriates me ! I never deal with that with Amazon !

    cannot set and forget this one
    I've used the older model of this slow cooker and absolutely loved everything about it. I purchased the newer model since it was on a good deal and figured it would function the same. Sadly, no. i do like that it counts down the hoirs you have left on your setting. Unfortunately, instead of going to warm mode like the older models. It shuts off. I've come back to the pot turned off while I was cooking more than once. It has completely shut off before while it still had time left, leaving my food to cool completely. Exercise caution with this one

    I like the large size and the additional small piece it comes with . I am buying this for my daughter who is off at college, so I haven't used it personally. But I have one similar made by the same manufacturer. I trust Walmart and have confidence in their business operations. I know when I buy online there isn't any surprises.

    Buy it on sale or choose a different brand.
    The exterior material (red color) is loose- not fully secured to the metal heating unit- so this product feels cheap. I'm guessing the facing will pop off the day after the warranty expires. The bonus mini pot is the size of a pencil holder, but still useful. The unique lid with gasket is nice.

    Great slow cooker combo! Great price!
    I love this slow cooker combo! I needed a second slow cooker for a party I was hosting. The little party dipper was PERFECT for my vegetarian friend - I portion out some of my soup before adding the meat. The locking lid on the large slow cooker is a GREAT feature if you are travelling with food and don't want to worry about it spilling in your car. Also love the deep red color that matches my other kitchen appliances. The heat setting and timer features are also handy so you can set it and forget it.
