My BrewStation Makes Me Happy, Happy, Happy!
Got this BrewStation for my birthday to replace an older model BrewStation we had had for seven years! After it broke, I missed it so much I had to get another one! The candy apple red is much prettier than the picture shows. I love being able to get a cup of coffee with such easy dispensing, no mess, no fuss, no broken carafe. It truly keeps the coffee hot for up to four hours with no yucky burnt taste. This newer model is improved in that it is easier to see the water level and how much coffee is left. And it makes some of the best hot coffee compared with other coffee makers out there, and believe me, we have tried them all. The price was right and the shipping was fast! I have absolutely no complaints about this BrewStation! I'm happy, happy, happy!

I paid new product price. I was shipped a used reboxed item! The reservoir is very wobbly. I am going to make a oot of coffee make sure no leaks. I have had this coffee maker in the oast and love it. But this has been disappointing so far.

    Nice coffee pot
    This coffee pot is very nice and serves its purpose. I like the “no carafe” concept but it has its downfalls. It looks nice on the counter but since there is no actual carafe, you have to take it apart to fill it to make coffee. This requires pulling the coffee pot all the way out to clear the upper cabinet. There are little rubber feet that make pulling the pot forward kind of hard and they fell off the next time I pulled it out so I left them off. It brews coffee nice and hot and holds for 4 hours. You can turn it back on for another 4 hours by pressing the power button for 3 seconds. It's a little noisy when brewing but not horrible. Overall, it's a nice coffee pot.

    This Hamilton Beach BrewStation 12 Cup Programmable Dispensing Coffee Maker is a nice quality coffee maker! I love that it works as a regular drip coffee maker that that it colds the coffee in the internal tank so you do not need a carafe. It can brew up to 12 cups but it holds the coffee in the tank and keeps the coffee hot and fresh for up to 4 hours. I love how easy it is to operate this coffee maker. I can put my own cup under the machine and dispense the coffee in the cup. I can even have the coffee be ready in the morning by setting it up with the easy programming feature. I love that it fits a travel mug for coffee on the go. The internal tank and the brew basket can be removed and easily cleaned. I highly recommend this coffeemaker because it is easy to use and makes great tasting coffee!

    This coffee maker is hands down the best one I have used. What I love most is that no carafe is necessary- I can just fill my mug and go. Saves me counter space and cleaning time. The coffee maker brews the perfect cup of coffee. And the coffee is kept warm throughout the day for refills. The programmable start time is easy to use and there is nothing better than waking up to the smell of coffee. The auto shut off is also a great feature, as I often run out the door forgetting to turn it off. Hamilton Beach makes the best coffee makers and this one is my favorite- great holiday gift idea!

    Not as convenient as my old BrewStation...
    Overall, it is a decent coffee maker, but I still prefer my old BrewStation. The old BrewStation had a removeable reservoir on the side, and despite being notorious for being leaky, it was still more convenient than having to carry water to my coffee maker and pour it into the machine. The new BrewStation seems to brew coffee just as good as my old one, it is just not as convenient.

    Disappointed in the quality control Hamilton Beach
    Was so excited when I ordered this brew station. Waited 3 weeks for it to be shipped. My excitement went away the very next day when coffee leaked down the front machine after first cup. When you pressed it to get coffee it would leak down the machine onto the counter, my counter started to bubble from the heat of bottom of machine manufacturer's defect?Disappointed in the quality control from Hamilton Beach. I guess I should have read all the 1 star reviews before I bought this brew station.

    Love it....owned many over the years
    This is the 4th Brewstation I've owned over many many years. I like that the coffee is warm while not dealing with a potential bitterness in being directing on a warming burner.

    I like the design and the speed on which it brews the coffee. However, it brews the coffee almost too hot to drink! I have to let my coffee sit a while before I can start drinking it, and there is no option to control the heating temperature. Plus, with the heat comes the added condensation and dripping water everywhere when you go to take the filter holder and water tank out to clean them. Otherwise, it is the nicest coffee make I have ever had!

    Bought in October 2020...It leaks from the dispenser and makes a mess! I've used the coffee maker cleaner but it doesn't help. I've tried holding my cup at different angles ... no help. So disappointed in this product.

    Fantastic Brewstation
    I have been using another brand 4-cup coffee maker with a thermal carafe. I needed a larger coffee pot because the 4-cup was only truly about a 1 1/2 cup coffee maker, lol. That one had a warmer plate to help the carafe along. All of the larger thermal carafe coffee makers I came across did not have a warming plate. It was suggested to run hot water into the carafe before using. What a waste of water! So glad I finally discovered this Hamilton Beach Brewstation. It looks great at my coffee station, doesn't burn or scald the coffee, and keeps it warm for up to 4 hours (you decide 0-4hrs). The control board is so easy to understand, you don't really need the instructions. Filling the water tank using the coffee reservoir can be a little cumbersome and sloppy so I simply use a large plastic cup for that step. I fill it to just above the easy-to-read "6" mark to make my 2 cups of coffee. Perfect amount. I also use the BOLD setting to get every umpf of deliciousness out of my grounds. So far, I am very pleased with this purchase. I have been using the brewstation daily, sometimes twice a day, for a little over a month and not the first leak anywhere. I highly recommend!

    Don't get this if you don't appreciate 'leakage'
    IT LEAKS I was excited about the design, but IT LEAKS Into the drip cup about 1/4 cup every morning, onto the counter every morning, it runs down behind the release button and I've had it about a month and it now leaks coffee into the clean water reservoir which means I now have to dump
