Awesome HP desktop tower.
I bought this new desktop tower to replace my 10-year-old desktop to tower. This new HP desktop tower is twice as fast as my old tower. I'm very pleased with my purchase and I would recommend it. The price was also very good compared to other places I've checked.

disappointed in myself for paying so much for it.
This machine is just what is advertised. Plenty of ram and speed. Somethings you expect on a $500 machine are not on it. Word is a $70 add-on. I am disappointed I thought it would be the latest and greatest, it is just big with lots of memory. No false advertisement just an uninformed buyer.

    Mainly a good product.
    Love the speed and ease of use. Do not like the DVD drive. It is cheesy. Do not like the power button: It's hard to locate. Like all new computers, it was madness for a few days to get it set up. After taking four hours plus to back up old system, Microosoft's System Image did not work. Like most manufacturers nowadays, HP is short on setup instructions. Instruction manuals are passe'. All-in-all, I'm happy so far. Give it ninety days.

    More details as to what software was not included in the purchase. Microsoft 365 could have been supplied with minimal price increase.

    The HP Pavilion Desktop Tower, Intel Core i3-8100, Intel UHD Graphics 630, 1TB HDD + 16GB Intel Optane memory, 4GB SDRAM, DVD, Mouse and Keyboard, Ash Silver, 590-p0033w is a high tech computer. I love this tower because it works really well and the clarity is spantacular. I hooked the HP Pavilion Desktop Tower to the keyboard and mouse. I also hooked the HP Pavilion Desktop Tower to the Predator Monitor. I had to hookup an internet stick in order to get the web. The results are flawless! The picture quality is extremely nice. The keyboard works well and it feels smooth. I love surfing the web and taking care of my business. I would definitely recommend the HP Pavilion Desktop Tower, Intel Core i3-8100, Intel UHD Graphics 630, 1TB HDD + 16GB Intel Optane memory, 4GB SDRAM, DVD, Mouse and Keyboard, Ash Silver, 590-p0033w.

    Decent computer
    I admit our house doesn't need the latest technology. This computer is decent for us. Since you can sign in with your Microsoft account the set up is a breeze, so I was able to quickly set up all the users that were on our older (slower) computer. It is still a little bulky, but smaller than older models. The keyboard has easy to find volume buttons, also has a "crescent moon" button that puts the computer into sleep mode. The mouse is just like every other corded mouse, works fine. Overall it works for us since it's just for work, homework, and internet games.
