Great Printer
My old HP printer went out and I needed one yesterday. So I went to Walmart and saw this HP6800 and works beautifully. It came with trial ink and I have printed at least 200 pages on the trial ink. Great....Definitely work the price

Awful Disappointment
This device was a looser. It would not communicate with the drivers for set-up with my Windows 10 operating system. HP technicians wouldn't help and tried shuffling the matter off onto Microsoft. What a waste of money!!! The same happened with their 8610 model. I am too finished with HP!!

    Printhead failure, No way to replace it fix.
    When it worked, it worked great. Lots of useable features. But...... Owned it for 18 months. Received intermittent printhead failure three times, now the printhead failure is permanent. Unable to replace the printhead (not even removeable), clean feature will not work, align feature will not work, clean page smears goes for hours (ran it all night into the next morning) removed ink cartridges and cleaned printhead with isolrobal alcohol and still printhead failure.

    It as a mind of its own
    I don't know how it's working for me because I can't get it to do what I want. It has a mind of its own. Having to get a computer geek over to make sure it's not me that's the problem before I send it back.

    Don't buy the HP Officejet 6812
    Warning!!!! First off, I realize that the problem with this printer is not Walmart's fault. But it is Hewlet Packards (HP). You can find evidence of this, on the HP Officejet 6812 e-All-in-One Printer/Copier/Scanner/Fax Machine, support page on their website, which comes as a pop up, in the upper right corner of the page. They should of recalled and fixed this problem. This printer has a known "Print Head" problem on HP's website, that covers this family of printers. Basically it looks like printers that use HP 934 and HP 935 ink cartridges. These cartridges have a higher print yield, than other HP ink cartridges. The reason why I made this purchase, besides it functions. Unfortunately, I had to return it to Walmart, which they accepted with no problem.

    So Far, So Good
    I just hooked my new printer up a couple of days ago. It was fairly easy to set up and hooked up to my wireless internet with no problem. I can't say anything about the FAX portion as I'm not going to be using it, but the printing and scanner works flawlessly! Very crisp, and fairly fast for a home printer.

    Great printer, easy set up and easy to use. It's a one stop shop for scanning, printing, and faxing. The prices for the ink cartridges are reasonable in my opinion.
