    Save yourself a headache and PASS them by!!
    poor quality stand that was sent for monitor way too small and short!!! I would never do business with them again rubber pads on bottom of computer missing mouse way too small to fit a mans hand

    overall i love the computer but it came with the wrong Windows cuz my product key wouldnt work so they had me download the right Windows...which is taking a while..my upload speed sucks. while im sitting here i see a itty bitty spider in my screen. idk if its just one cuz i never see more than one on the screen at the time. its very suspicious to me...but im always overthinking. idk if i should stop the upload cuz im thinking Virus but my anti-virus isnt picking it up. how can this thing get spiders in it.

    Coumputer is great, Wifi not so much.
    We bought this as a gift for our daughter. She had an old laptop but wanted something more powerful for some of her games and such. The computer itself met our needs. HD is a good size, plenty of USB ports and easy to setup. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because the "wifi" ability is junk. Its a USB stick that continually drops connection. I'll end up running a new ethernet line to make her internet stable which is a hassle but something I can handle. So, in short, the computer and its all inclusive parts are a great value but don't rely on the wifi ability if its your only way to connecting to your network.

    Complete junk nowhere in the description does it say it's refurbished. Not only is it refurbished but it is completely disgusting filthy dirty the monitor will not stand because it is broken. Used mouse and keyboard also completely filthy and disgusting. The worst purchase I have I've ever received
