Great screen
This bundle was amazing! I love how big the monitor was and the sleek design. The setup was fast and easy, and the processing speed was exceptional. It came with a 1 TB hard drive which was more then enough space for all of my personal digital items. I use the hard drive to hook to my living too Display as well and the 9 USB ports makes it easy to transition. Overall this is a great bundle, and my family loves it!

Disappointed
I Loved this computer, read all the reviews and decided to buy it. Very easy set up, runs great but very disappointed to find a corded mouse and keyboard is what was include, along with the fact that Microsoft is only cluded for one Month! And worse yet, my speakers do not work. Wanted to watch Netflix as soon as I got it set up and no sound at all. I tried all the trouble shooting, went through all the sound files and no sound. I shouldn't have to upate a $600.00 computer. Im going to contact HP in the morning, but if this is defective, its going back.

An extremely capable computer for its size/class
Don't let the size of the HP Desktop 590-p0103wb fool you into thinking that because it is small and compact, that somehow it lacks in power and ability! This mini tower is an extremely capable computer that can easily handle just about all tasks that you would expect from a full tower budget computer. Setting up everything was simple and easy. I had no problems multitasking, playing movies and music, and web surfing with multiple tabs open in the Windows Edge browser: The webpages loaded fast, and the screen text was very crisp and sharp and no adjustments were needed. The images were rendered quite well also. I consider myself to be a gamer and was pleasantly surprised to see that I was able to play one of my most favorite AAA games called GRID. GRID is a moderately power-hungry race car game, and I was able to play it very smoothly on medium settings at a 1080p resolution. Based on that observation, you will easily be able to play many of today's popular game titles such as World of Tanks, War Thunder, Apex Legends, Fortnite, and a host of others. Also, the cooling system performed very well and the fans were virtually silent. For the duration of my review, I used a pair of stereo headphones because no speakers were provided with this system. However, coaxial speaker jack outputs are situated in the back of the computer and you can easily attach a set of external speakers. The microphone jack is placed there too, but I would've personally preferred that it was placed in the front of the computer for easier accessibility. The headphone jack is placed in the front of the unit, and I am satisfied with that arrangement. Movie playback was excellent: Both on the 1080p monitor that comes with this system, and also on my 50 inch 4K Ultra HD LED TV that was plugged into one of the computer's USB 3.1 Gen 2 output connections into my TV's HDMI input port. I just can't say enough about how beautiful the picture quality was in both scenarios! The AMD Radeon settings tool is very helpful for adjusting/optimizing the video and gaming graphics, and contains a wealth of information about the system and components that are integrated in the motherboard. Be mindful that this unit has nine [9] different USB ports, in which some (two USB 3.1 Gen 2) have higher/faster data transfer speeds and are appropriate for devices such as external SSD drives and HD video equipment, while some (two USB 2.0) are suited for the mouse and keyboard. The single USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C should be used to charge your cell phone, while the four remaining USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports can be used for other peripherals/devices that require Data transfer speeds greater than the USB 2.0. Reserve and use them accordingly. The HP Desktop 590-p0103wb performs exceedingly well for a budget class system and I recommend it without reservations. Given its small size, light weight, and portability, this is an ideal computer for students living in dorm room settings. That's only a suggestion, and any cramped living space is equally suitable. The only minor thing I didn't like was that the keyboard was not equipped with backlights, and the mouse is too lightweight for me. As a matter of personal preference, I'd rather switch to a weighted mouse with more controls and replace the keyboard with one that has backlights so that I can operate it at night or in dark room conditions.

    Smooth sailing
Hp is one of my favorites. This desk top works excellent, great speed even with my horrible internet. The set up is extremely easy, you don't even need to read. The instructions are all in pictures. It comes with the basic mouse and key board, all wired unfortunately. I would give it 5 stars but there are no built in speakers as far as I can tell. Love the DVD writer option. Plenty of USB ports, wifi and bluetooth set up.

    Solid computer-in-a-box for basic use
The PC, monitor (incl. hdmi cable), keyboard, and mouse all arrive in a single box. Nicely packaged. It took about 15 minutes to unpack and set up. The tower is lightweight and compact, and has a quality feel. The mouse and keyboard are unremarkable, neither good nor bad. The monitor is compact yet has a nice screen area and has a quality feel. Has connectors for VGA, DVI, and HDMI. The unit came packaged with an HDMI cable. Once set up, it took about 5 minutes to walk through the configuration wizard, which asked a few simple questions, and connected immediately to my wifi. And that's it, I was up and running. The Windows OS was pre-configured and worked immediately. I tried a couple of games, to test the power of the system. Portal 2 (an older game from 2011) ran no problem. Battlefield 1 ran OK but did have some major slowdowns at times. Actually pretty good considering it's an onboard graphics chip and not a dedicated graphics card like you get in a gamer rig. I opened up the case, and there's only a single expansion slot, so this is definitely not a machine for future expansion. The back panel also doesn't have a lot of ports. Overall a solid buy. Good points: Everything you need is in the box. Open it up and you can be online and running within 30-45 minutes. Easy set-up. Quality components and a solid feel to everything. Not-so-good: It's not a high-end machine. Fine for the casual user doing email and editing documents. Don't expect to game or do computationally intensive operations. Not very expandable.

    HP Desktop Bundle 23.8
The computer was extremely easy to set up, boots up quickly and conserves on space. Storage pace and speed seem ample. Needs a wireless key board and mouse to cut down on wires.

Packs a lot into a small package
The HP Desktop Bundle 590-p0103wb packs a lot into a pretty small mini tower case. It comes with a wireless NIC and Bluetooth and the 1 TB drive is more than enough space for most home users as long as you are not in the habit of storing tons of home video. It packs 9 usb ports – that's more than I've seen on a desktop before. The keyboard and mouse are wired which isn't a problem as long as you plan to have the mini tower not too far from the work area. I actually like it since you don't have to deal with replacing batteries. 8 gb of ram might seem like it is on the low side, but for most home use it should be more than plenty. And it is expandable up to 32 gb. So that could be helpful if things start to slow down in the future. Adding more memory (as well as an SSD drive) can prolong the life of any pc. It has a dvd writer drive that I'm not sure what I would ever use for these days. I would rather see it come with some kind of external drive or maybe a usb memory key that could be used for backups instead. I really like the 24” monitor – it is very bright and sharp. I would definitely recommend this pc bundle.

    HP Desktop Computer
I am reviewing the HP Desktop Bundle 590 Computer as a Wal-Mart Sparks Reviewer. Right off the bat I want to say that this computer is really easy to set up and has really easy step by step instructions to help you. Within 15 minutes I had the computer set up and running and loading all of my files and pictures; my only surprise and disappointment was it does not come with any speakers so I am going to have to purchase some external speakers for it. The bundle includes a 23 8" hi Def monitor, wired mouse and keyboard along with the computer tower. By the way it comes with a HDMI cord so you don't have to worry about purchasing that. A couple other really nice features is it has nine USB ports and a DVD writer. The operating system is a Windows 10 Home system with 4-GB memory and 16GB Intel Optane memory and it has a 1TB Hard Drive. It also has an 8 generation processor core. Overall I am thrilled with the speed and processing times while down loading all of my files. There is also a free limited subscription trial of McAfee LiveSafe which is very nice to have.

    Beautiful Computer Bundle!
I absolutely love this HP computer! Upon receiving it, I could not believe how compact everything was packaged in the box. The mini-tower CPU is the perfect size to sit on or under a desk. The case is eloquently designed with its textured, black front and brushed aluminum trim. I appreciate the unobtrusive white light on the power button. There is ample case ventilation and it is very quiet while running. The vertical DVD writer is the same as on a laptop computer and is very much appreciated. There are six USB ports on the back of the case, with three modern USB ports on the front as well. There is also a 3-In-1 card reader which is very handy. There is built-in sound, with microphone and speaker plugins on the back of the case, but speakers are not included. There is also a combined earphone/ mic jack on the front as well. There is an Ethernet port for wired connectivity, as well as built in WiFi and Bluetooth. There is an HDMI and a VGA port for hooking up to your display of choice. Speaking of display, the 24” 1080p IPS display that comes in this bundle is gorgeous. I love it! There is a nicely done LED on the bottom that is blue while powered on or a dark orange color when the monitor is sleeping. If you slide your hand behind the power indicator there is a row of buttons to turn the monitor on/off and to make adjustments. The monitor supports HDMI, VGA, and DVI. The bundle comes with a convenient HDMI cable. The display stand clicks into the bottom and tilts, or you can use the included holes on the back of the monitor for various mounting options. This bundle comes with a fantastic keyboard that has volume buttons, and a comfortable optical scroll mouse. The AMD Ryzen 3 with built in Radeon Vega 8 is plenty of processor for my needs. As configured, I was able to enjoyably play several graphic intensive game titles on their best settings. The computer comes with a single 8GB stick of system memory which is expandable up to 32GB via two slots. The system comes with a 1TB hard drive and you can easily add solid state drives for faster read and write speeds. Microsoft Windows 10 is the included operating system. The way this computer bundle comes setup is plenty fast for surfing the internet, doing various office tasks, and playing most games. This is a great computer system, with a beautiful monitor, that can easily be upgraded if needed. I have not had any problems with the computer, and am currently using it to write this Walmart review and upload photos. I love my new HP Pavilion computer and highly recommend it!
