very old for 2021, old version
Very disappointing product. It did not connect to my monitor or even my TV. It is a very old version that seller did not mention it. I returned it and waiting for refund.

    Terrible Seller
    This worked once and even then it was extremely slow and did not cooperate. I could only turn it on and off. Now I turned it on and it only goes to a black screen. This was a terrible buy and I will not be buying from here again.

    Will never buy from them again!
    Computer started shuting down by it's self 2 weeks after I got it, messaged the seller they said to reset the computer, so I did, and it worked great for another few weeks then did the same thing. contacted the seller again, they said it i needed to check for a loose stick of ram, so I took it to the computer repair in town. It was a bad power supply, so I messaged the seller telling them it cost me $71.90 to get it fixed and they did NOT respond. I waited a week and messaged them again today and they responded the 30 day return period was up there is nothing they can do. THEY SOLD ME A BROKE COMPUTER THEN GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND TILL THE 30 DAY RETURN WAS PAST. I very seldom leave feed back for a bad product becase the company tries to make it right, but this company is selling junk they know is broke and will drag it out so you are past the return date.

    If I Could give it one star I would
    I had this tower for less than 2 months and it crashed on me. I've tried everything. Called HP and they were dumb. it's a piece of crap. I wouldn't buy.

    No Video Card
    Did not have a graphics card to support HDMI interface. Had to buy separately, but otherwise everything working ok and am pleased with purchase.

    Good, but not very Good!
    Was a good price ( on sale went up $25 in the next few days) and the product was in good shape. CONS: Refurbisher could have blow all the lint out of the machine (minor issue), The photo showed 2 memory chip and the sales add said 8 Gb, this would imply 2 X 4 Gb chips. That was not correct! There were 4 X 2 Gb. In order to upgrade to the ram I wanted I had to buy 4 chips not 2. I actually thought the delivery was slow.

    I have had this desktop pc for more than 2 weeks now and I'm very happy with it. It was in great condition. It took minutes to hook up to my old monitor, printer and wired modem. It is everything that was described and it runs great and is very quiet. I am so glad I found this wonderful pc at such an affordable price from CTechCity. Thank you so much.

    Very pleased with this purchase and it arrived on time. Had a couple very small scratches on it but that was expected since it was used and refurbished. Came preinstalled with Windows 10, keyboard and mouse. I have had it for 10 days and it is very quiet. Would purchase from this seller again.
