Very Stylish Tool Bag
This is one stylish and practical tool bag. It is 16 inches with a sturdy hard bottom. It's also nice that it is waterproof so you don't have to worry about water damage and water getting into the tool bag and making your tools rust. It has a nice padded carrying strap so you can travel to your next job without having to worry about keeping your hands free. The awesome tool bag is constructed from durable 600 Denier fabric and features a rigid, waterproof bottom that protects the user's tools from wet surfaces. It has a lot of room inside the bag to keep your tools organized so you can find what you need quickly. It has 9 external pockets, and 8 internal pockets and one really huge compartment. The handles are reinforced to last and feel comfortable to carry, if you don't want to use the padded strap. The colors are black and blue. It only weighs 2.32 pounds. It measures 18.50 x 10.50 x 3.25 Inches. This would make a nice gift for anyone and one they will use and carry with pride for many years to come.

Doesn't stay open well but still usefull
This was one of the first tool bags I ever bought. My biggest problem with this bag is when you have tools in the inside pockets the bag will not stay open. It got very old very quick so I moved on to Veto pro pac bags and will never go back. I still use my hart bags for storing my manifold gauges and other tools I don't use alot. I will say the plastic bottom is very nice, zippers seem to be good but hart is not made for tradesmen. That's why the price so good I guess. Overall I'm glad I purchased this bag but I would consider these issues when purchasing.

    This Took Bag has Surpassed all my Expectations!!
    My husband has started to accumulate a ridiculous amount of tools. At first, I didn't mind, but without having a proper place to store his tools, my 3 year old started trying to sneak tools throughout the house and do his own "projects". Thankfully, this tool bag arrived before our 3 year old was able to put a hole in the wall. I've never owned a tool bag before, but I am quite impressed with this one. There are so many pockets and areas to store various tools. The best part is, my husband does not have to have issues with finding a tool, because they are now all stored in this bag. If I have a project that needs to be done, he can simply grab this bag and have all his tools there with him. This bag is extremely durable and well made! The bottom is made from a thick, almost plastic-like material. The outside of this bag has pockets all around and the inside has even more pockets. I love that it has a nice handle to carry it by, or you can use the shoulder strap to carry it with you. Overall, the is the best tool bag I have ever seen. It has surpassed all my expectations and I am extremely happy with it. I would most definitely recommend this tool bag to others!!

    HART 16-inch Hard Bottom Tool Bag, Waterproof Base, Black and Blue The following is a review for the HART 16-inch Hard Bottom Tool Bag, Waterproof Base, Black and Blue. This is a much nicer tool bag than what I was expecting. It is also a nice size bag. It has a nice hard bottom so that you don't have to worry about any tools cutting through the bottom of the bag. It also has multiple pockets all around the bag. These pockets come in handy for small tools and other little bits and pieces like nails and screws. Inside the bag there are multiple pockets as well too. Again these are excellent for small tools or other little bits and pieces needed to store whatever you need. The way it opens you would think that it would stand up so it makes for easier access for getting out tools and accessories. There is a nice grip handle for the bag. It feels like it is durable and hold up to quite a bit of weight. The stitching and the material seem very durable to prevent ripping. The zipper also looks durable on the bag as well. Then as a little extra there is a shoulder strap. It is detachable. It also has a cushion so that it doesn't dig into your skin. I think that this an excellent little bag for your tool needs.

    Large durable 16" fabric tool bag. Padded shoulder strap included. Total of 17 pockets, 8 inside and 9 external. Heavy duty double zipper in the main compartment. Reinforced handles with padded loop wrap for comfortable carrying. Bottom is a plastic tray and waterproof base. Pocket to hold every need but heavy when you get it loaded. Wish it would stay open when needed but top folds over when just resting. Also concerned about the stitching that holds the fabric to the bottom tray. Time will tell how secure the stitching is.

    This 16 inch Hart tool bag has a waterproof base and 17 pockets: 8 inside and 9 on the outside. The fabric is durable and any area of stress is reinforced. It comes with a detachable shoulder strap for carrying it over your shoulder, and the handles are padded with a hook and loop wrap around to make it easy on your hand when not using the shoulder strap. It is roughly 10 inches high and a little longer than 16 inches which enable it hold all the tools you need for a single project. Whether you need a hammer, screwdrivers, drill, tape measure, or most hand power tools; this tool bag will hold it all. The waterproof base keeps its contents from getting wet, thus protecting your investment in the tools that are in it.

    First thing I noticed about this tool bag from Hart when it arrived was how well made it seems to be. I have been wanting to replace my husband's bag that he carries in his vehicle, really a tote more or less, and when the Spark team offered this for review, I had to get it. So far I am not disappointed. It has a lot of nice features, first of all the bottom is 16" and is hard so tools stay where they're put, not shifting which around so I really like that. Secondly, I Like the way it looks! I like the turquoise and black that Hart has chosen. That aside now, what I also like about this bag is that it seems to be very well made, the fabric and the carry handle seems very durable, the zipper closure sturdy and this bag has LOTS of pockets which to me is a plus plus. I am one that likes a place for everything and everything in its place and when it's taken out, it better be put back there. The base is waterproof too. There are 9 outside pockets and 8 inside ones and the interior of the bag is very roomy so accommodating a fairly good sized drill, with bits and some hand tools should be no problem. Well made, easy to organize your tools so you have them handy for whatever task you are undertaking. Another win from Hart, I highly recommend.
